İ just tried to bake and it turn so delicious even if replace some of the ingredients because we dont have does at home instead of garlic powder i use 1tsp. fried garlic and turn them into powder, and instead of chopped parsley i use italian seasoning and its aromatic.for the meat i use sweet hams and i use Magnolia quick melt for the chess.Thanks you so much for sharing your recipe i enjoy it a lot.......

Hello G Yun, you're very welcome. I do my best, big love from Germany! 1. The different site says different measurement about flour. For bread flour, for example, ranging from 120 to 127 grams per cup, that confusing. My measurement: Ap flour (125g = 1 cup) and Bread flour (125g = 1 cup) so when using my measurement then we don't need to adjust the flour we use. 2. Yes, you might use a stand mixer to mix the dough, mix shorter time than when kneading by hand.
Hello Maricel, for the active dry yeast you may use a little bit more. 7g or 2-1/4 tsp instant yeast = almost 9g or 2-4/5 tsp active dry yeast. Dissolve with warm water and sugar before mixing with the flour.

I try to understand what you mean, thanks so much so glad you love it. I use mostly all-purpose flour because it's easy to get anywhere. We can use bread flour too, will be no problem.

For double the recipe, you may adjust the salt and sugar as you prefer (to taste). For the liquid (water/milk), you may adjust too, not to pour all together at once. Please remember that my measurement for all-purpose flour, one cup flour = 125 grams, 1 cup liquid = 250 ml.

Do I knead till window pane stage too for this recipe?
This recipe worked with regular dough and of course, window pane stage method will make the texture even better. Enjoy baking :)

Here in Germany, 1 large egg is about 63 grams or around 4 tbsp. Every country/continent has a different standard of weight for the egg.

I try to understand what you mean, thanks so much so glad you love it. I use mostly all-purpose flour because it's easy to get anywhere. We can use bread flour too, will be no problem.

So 5 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of yeast, 4 tablespoons of sugar etc... literally double of everything? or are there some ingredients I should leave as they are? thanks for replying
For double the recipe, you may adjust the salt and sugar as you prefer (to taste). For the liquid (water/milk), you may adjust too, not to pour all together at once. Please remember that my measurement for all-purpose flour, one cup flour = 125 grams, 1 cup liquid = 250 ml.

@@NinikBeckerEatLover in the recipr you used 125ml of milk for more than 300 grams of flour. I followed the recipe and my dough is not as soft as yours. The dough has gotyon in double in size but did not have the gluten strands...
OMYLordie... Ninik I went on line to answer emails at 2.30pm and it is 7.10 pm and all I have done is look at your bread tutorials the whole time. I have really enjoyed them....Saturday coming I am going to attempt your Mozerella and garlic bread to take to our big congress meeting This Sunday.. I commented on one of your tutorial I had seen a bread recipe that look interesting, well I found it, it will great for lunches with a little salad.... Now I must drag myself away go back to my emails and see if I have any answers to my job applications....lol Yum Yum Yum......

Chicken rolls with cheese
313 (2.5 cups) of wheat flour
3g (1 teaspoon) instant dry yeast
Sugar 25g (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
42g (3 tablespoons) melted butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
125ml ( 1/2 cup) warm milk
Sliced cooked chicken as a filling
Grated cheese and parsley for toppings
