      in literal angst torment and heartache.The remaining siblings, extended family and friends are forever scarred so what can 3million fiat dollars do to heal, remedy and or compensate that???
      Seems to be a trend now... To litigate in civil court for years then take tax payers money to absolve a systems systematic criminalistic behavior. Barely any just punishments are doled to those that abuse power, but hey the checks in the mail

  • @citiquebrown9733
    @citiquebrown9733 7 років тому +7

    It is, indeed, a horribly sad story. That something so unjust happens in a country where you're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty is reprehensible. The young man was denied his right to due process. The accuser changed stories several times which should have been a red flag to his credibility. Mr. Browser was a juvenile with his only infraction being one of a child. 5yrs probation for joyriding in a bread truck. That's excessive in ANY state. It also begs the question of how NY runs their family court, which is what the joyriding incident should've been remanded to, Family Court. It is a serious miscarriage of Justice to both the deceased young man as well as his family. In this country; be you white, black or other, you have the RIGHT to a fair and speedy trial. The state of NY came directly against the Constitution and that by itself is against the law. NO state may invoke a law that circumvents the Constitution. I can only pray that this young man did not die in vain but sadly enough, he'd already lost his quality of life when his rights were taken from him.

    I'm sorry this had to happen but though the judicial system played a part in why he killed himself nd they treated him like shit however at the end of the day he died by his own hands YEARS after being in jail so whos to say thats the only thing that played a part in his suicide, life has many ups and downs . I'm sure eventually he could have got that apology or settlement he deserved if he wouldve faught a little longer...sad story rip to him nd his mother

    This Story Is SO Very Sad! 😪 3.3 Million Dollar Settlement For His Death Is Not S***! They Drove Him Crazy! RIP To Kalief & His Beautiful Mother. 🌈

    Kalief always be heavy on my mind. This man was wrongfully placed in jail then went through complete hell. I pray the Lord has mercy on his soul! Solitary confinement should be banned! It creates mental health issues. And when he wasn't in solitary confinement he was having to fight the correctional officers and his peers! Being starved! Nobody was Kalief's safe haven! I pray to GOD my son never experience anything like this. These men are our KINGS and they being treated like shit! The guards should be convicted idgaf!

    That gang that beat on him especially the prisoner with all the hair pulled back in a pony tail..the one who kicked the door in, as well as that crocked officer will all meet their fate in the same manner. Just a matter of time..well we all hear about them.

      The inmate Dyrell Jackson - with the ponytail was murdered. He was a blood. The housing area he was in had mostly YG. Dytrell Jackson probably beat browder up in order to look good in front of YG

    As human being we have such little regard for one another. Not even as a race thing because he was beat and broken by people that look just like him. I hope everyone that ever laid a hand on him meets their maker in the fiery pits of hell. Because one shouldn’t have to suffer simply because they exist! Long live Kalief I’m sorry this happened too you. I’m sorry they didn’t care for your soul! Rest In Peace my Brother!
