He went through hell. He was only a kid…. rip Kalief 🙏🏾
We gotta do better for our people may him and his mother rest easy. Peace love one
This happens everyday to young black men I’ve barely made it was charge for robbery I ain’t did sent there fortunately my moms flew fro Jamaica 7 grand attorney fee 3k to retain smh .. my friend who was locked up with me did six month since then we talk but never hang out again it’s weird.. I’m 32 happen to me at 24 n I’m still depressed sometimes thinking about that n all the other time I been locked up during stop n frisk for bullshit come abusing u n they power . It’s like u helpless as young poor trying black nigga
Sad reality 🙏
REST EASY😔💕
If he didn’t do it he should never plead out.. his life ruined for some shit he ain’t do frfr 😡😡🤬
They try too get that man in another prison that why they want him too take a plead deal he wasn’t going home they was trying trick him…
This is a VERY touching story despite it all he is FREE & justice will be served if not this lifetime they will get theirs...and...this is the BEST interview I have ever seen him do that was heart felt and meaningful.
Such a sad story but I love him a lot & really feel for him , couldn’t imagine this
I can’t image the horror he experienced while locked up. I pray he has good therapist. Cash bail needs to stop especially for juvenile offenders with no record.
He took his own life unfortunately
Damn, I looked him up hoping he was doing well only to find out he killed himself. Where was his justice ⚖ 😕
Rest in Peace Brother
I cannot ! I’m so annoyed
Five stupid people gave a thumbs down. Only if they knew . . .
Rest In Peace !
I hope he will be compensated for the three years that he lost. Three years is a long time to serve.
Thedarksecret1 he's dead now
Solitary confinement for stealing a backpack????
In which, he DID NOT DO!!
there was no trial, no evidence and no accuser. he was only 16 and got 3 years with zero trial. no conviction. An innocent boy was beaten, starved and abused in a prison for rapists and murderers. finally committed suicide from the PTSD and his mother died of a heart attack after finding him dead. america is broken.
@@matthewhenderson5900 That show system is corrupt:;,
Kalief, i am so sorry you had to go through this. AM SO SORRY. RIP.
This is unconstitutional. Every citizen has a right to a speedy trial. Habeus Corpus. You can waive your right to speedy trial and I'm assuming his public pretender probably had him waive his rights. Welcome to the criminal "justice" system. Justice for some.......if you have the funds.
I'm just speechless 😪
