Great advice. I am facing this struggle. At first I was not investing time. I am still highly committed to my current job, my family also keeps me super busy, so my priority list put job hunting at the bottom, which was only doing only resume updating, and LinkedIn, and couple other job sites. I am getting better, but still not there yet to successfully job hunt.
Could you please make a video on how women should dress for job interview and how to keep professional work attire while working for the company? I'm a woman, and I often find it a challenge to dress professionally on a daily basis for my new job as Administrative Assistance for a big organization. My new employer doesn't like casual attire at work; and most women's business work wears are expensive. I feel like I'm gonna be spending too much money on work wears.
Been watching your videos on Linkedin for a few months now. Unfortunately redundancy is looming after Christmas and I feel starting a different work path, so up to that time i have a lot to do and a lot of advice and tips to seek.
It's okay to feel stuck or realize that your career path isn't actually what you want! We thought this video might be helpful for you as you consider making a career transition. ecs.page.link/2JL1
Great tips, could you please advice how to switch job profile. Right now I'm working as Document Controller, previously i had experience in HR/MIS/Admin. Now i wanted to switch in PAYROLL.
Hi Sanjay. Great question. Here is one of our videos that gives you tips on how to change careers. ua-cam.com/video/qioJplacBZk/v-deo.html I hope this helps!
‼️ I love her "positivity" about you not being able to land a job by searching blindly online. ‼️🙄🙄 I remember posting a position wanted in the daily paper and I got the job. That was my first opportunity in the legal field. Then I remember handing out my resume to a random businessman ; I was hired. The reality is most recruiters and employers NEVER read ALL the hundreds of online resumes or applications they receive online because the task is DAUNTING!! They most likely choose from the top 20 applications. So this most likely is the main reason one is unlikely to land a job from an online posting. I've been in a position to hire also and I only chose a particular candidate because we graduated from the same high school (BIGGEST MISTAKE)
I have a question, about how to ask for a Certificate of Employment from the current job should the new job ask for one

Never tell anyone especially your boss you have another job or looking for another job

Nice videos and great content!!! Small tip...please stop changing to the side camera. It's so annoying.
I like it! Take a film and video course!
some people live in a world of fantasy
lol what do you mean?
This was horrible advice
Why is that? I thought that it made sense. This is a serious question.
