I just love Springer Spaniels, it is very very sad when they pass. I wish they could live longer. I have a beautiful best friend right now and she is 12 and getting slower...Such loving dogs!
I know exactly what you mean. I lost my 6 year old Springer Spaniel unexpectedly on Friday, May 7th, 2021 and the pain is still bearing down on me like a ton of bricks. She was such an important part of my life, that I now feel like my whole world has been turned upside down.
Wow he's amazing. I have a Springer called Ziva who looked *_EXACTLY_* like milo when she was a pup. I wish she was as disciplined though! But I still wouldn't change her for the world. I love her more than anything

It is refreshing to see a R+ board and train. When I see videos from places that use aversives, I immediately see the shut down body language. The dogs in those videos are certainly obedient; the trainers get lightning-fast results using aversives, but you can tell that the dogs are terrified to make mistakes from their expressions and the way they carry themselves. The endearing exuberance with which this puppy performs the tasks shows me that you use positive reinforcement. Good on you.
@@hanin3109 I have one, they would hate being inside all day. They are active working breed dogs and need loads of exercise and stimulation! They do love cuddling after a day of fun though :)
If it was that simple, then the owners could have done that themselves. The training may start with the dog following food to teach them the new behaviour, but food is phased out once the dog fully understands the behaviour, and its then proofed to distractions
They are so lovely but the pain when you lose them is immense....I miss mine so much..
I'm sorry for your loss

What a great job you're doing with one talented springer! The sweetest face. And you can tell you're very good to that baby.

Awe good dog! Awesome video 😂
Excellent
Amazing
this is after having treats in one hand and the dog following the treats

@@AdolescentDogsUK yes but shouldnt the dog be looking at your face and not the hand, im assuming you will be weaning the dog of the treats ?
Brilliant, when I get my Springer you can train it for me...👍👍
How old was Milo in this video? I pick up my girl next week (Dasher) and she'll be 8 weeks exactly. When can I take her for training?
