Yeah so in response to Brian's question yes the Nazi Donald duck thing is real, it was made during WW2 as part of allied propaganda efforts against the axis powers, something all the big animation studios did. Basically the short uses Donald to show how horrible it was living in Nazi Germany, and surprisingly is NOT the darkest thing Disney made during the war.
If I remember. The cartoon ended with Donald waking up, finding it was all a dream and made him glad to be living in America. In other words we can say that canonically, Donald had dreams of being a Nazi. Can't wait to tell my nephew that.
