- Here's a long essay of my personal notes! ENJOY IT! OR ELSE!
I'm probably a bit late for the job but I'm shooting my shot anyways.
I've been a long time fan of Vanoss, watching his videos is basically engrained into my daily life as well. I think my first Vanoss video was back in middle school (I'm in college now), the GTA Superhero tryouts. Absolutely amazing.
I still remember a good number of inside jokes and references, sometimes I catch the little jabs that the crew makes at others too. I wanted to make this video longer because I still remember and enjoy more jokes like "KNOWLEDGE" and "STREAM SPOATS!!!". I don't even know if I'm gonna make a part 2 to this if I don't get the job, so we'll have to see.
In the end, I had a good bit of fun with this. Little rush of nostalgia, panic as to finding the videos, and inconsistent uncertainty. I somehow ended up not censoring Marcel saying the N word but felt I had to censor Nogla saying the F slur. Sue me I guess.
I'd like to believe the format was clear enough, introduced the joke and then after that the callbacks in the more recent videos. I did try to order the clips for each joke from oldest to newest, but honestly I don't know how accurate I got it and I really don't want to have to redo the video unless necessary. Even then, I don't know.
I'm not a full-time UA-camr clearly, and nowhere even near part-time. Hell, I unlisted a good number of my videos, some of which I'm mixed on making public again. So I won't bother asking you to subscribe. But if you enjoyed the video, thanks. And good luck to everyone participating.

the first vanoss video i ever watched was the OG matrix video a few days after it came out. it was like endgame levels of nostalgia when they came out with the newer deathrun video and started it in the elevator. almost got emotional.
Watching gmod, bo2 and the gta videos fresh of the upload life was amazing

The first vanossgaming video I ever watched was a sniper battle in gmod. It started with Wildcat on a rock or cliff saying shit like “Dear Heavenly Father, please answer my prayers and give me another oven mitt.”

One of my fav old vids was when they were struggling to kill a zombie boss and obliterated it with a million pipe bombs.
the pluto nash refference in the minecraft video was such a huge moment of nostalgia for me since the gmod movie skit was the first vanoss video i watched

I remember in a Terroriser and Nogla video they mentioned how hard they worked on some Gmod skits. I have and will always appreciate the work they put into content.
yeah also marcel and scotty saying how they spent 5 to 6 hours in gmod for a 10 to 15 minute video and how vanoss was basically the director with how he wanted the setup to look which makes him my most number 1 youtuber of all and that will never change

My first vanoss video was a cod: ghosts funny moments video. Crazy to see all of these clips, and remembering when they actually came out. Man I’m getting old.

My first Vanoss video I saw was the gmod one where they hid from asteroids inside the house and did the mtv cribs. I saw it on the trending game page and I was 14 at the time had no idea who he was. I’m glad I got to experience most of these iconic moments 💜

UA-cam was better around these times due to not that much content being out and Vanoss being the only gamer uploading long videos with friends with edits and also the internet wasn’t big yet
(I was 12) I started watching them during the peak of VG group on B02. I remember the night clearly. B02 just came out and we just got back from Florida, 1 week after B02 Release and at the time my brother was a Junkie/ heroin addict. When we got back to the house from the flight he wasn't home. Took my bday money which was like $112 and took the car from the garage. I texted him thanks, and my dad was so pissed and sad at the same time. I asked if I could get B02 so we stopped by nearest gamestop and he bought it. Typed up B02 on YT and saw a very nice Rainbow B02 thumbnail and the rest was history.
I simply could've said I watched VG since B02 but guess I wanted to let go of an old grudge 😂
