This is a very accurate video. You want to be almost overpowering your surface cleaner for best results. Always go smaller if you have a small machine.
Thanks for the info. Just a little constructive feedback, perhaps next time limit the use of the music while you are speaking. It serves as an interruption to the point you're trying to make. On a positive note, you helped me make up my mind on the 16" over the 19". Before watching your video I was set on a 19"
I’m on the fence between the two surface cleaners. I have a 20” Hammerhead that is like pushing a broom right now. Looking for something to be more efficient. After use with these two what is your opinion now? Thanks
i run 20" and a 16" on my 4gpm honestly i see no difference yes i can move a little faster but not fast enough to justify 4" lol most the driveways that i do need post treatment anyways bc they're so far gone so if we talk about time i take the 20" anytime of the day
@jesus juarez it’s more of a preference I ran both. I use the 16” to get in smaller areas or small walkways the 20” I use more for big driveways to cover more ground. If u already have a 4gpm machine I wanna recommend both is good to have 2 of everything bc if one goes out on a job u have a spare
@@bradywright9468 I just got a BE 4000 psi commercial unit......4 GPM......used a 15" surfacemaxx surface cleaner and it did amazing.......the surface cleaner was a discounted model for $50 bucks (what a deal) or I would of done the 16". To me it is about the speed and not the size.....it this case size doesn't matter-haha
The only difference i would think is u get more lines with the 16 over the 19 inch so id u have to go back and remove those lines u would have more work to do
@@DoctorRickSanchez no cus if ur pass a 19 inch 6 times you’ll need to pass a 16 inch 7 times to cover almost the same amount as the 19 inch did. Itll still fall 2sqft short with an extra pass from the 16inch
@@robertsantana5245 The rule of thumb on surface cleaners is 4" of surface for every 1 gpm with that being said 16" is suitable which also means you don't have to move turtle speed since the pump is larger than say a 2.5-3gpm and it has the water flow to turn it so in reality you aren't really saving any more time of that's what you're getting at..
@@DoctorRickSanchez ive used a 16 inch on 4gmp and also used a 20 inch and the 20 inch seemed to be more efficient it actually moved faster than the 16 inch one but it was a budget 16 inch one so It could just be that it was a budget surface cleaner

I’m interested in buying a 16 inch like yours. Please, can you tell me where you purchased it from and the cost? Thank you, Len.
Where can we purchase the 16” surface cleaner?
Thanks
will a 4gpm power a 20 inch without having to change the tips for compensation ?
Hey man can a 3.0 gpm machine clean good with a whisper wash ?
Good to know.
Great video. Do you know or can you verify that you have the same tips in each machine? Thanks.
That's what I was wondering too, it makes all the difference.
What's the name of the surface cleaner in this video?
Honest question here. Do you not surface clean in straight lines ? Does it really matter or do guys just do that for show ?
Thanks for the info.

Cut the music up I like it
Whisper wash makes the best in the business. Awesome quality surface cleaners.

@@goprowashpressurewashing3286 thank you 👍
@@goprowashpressurewashing3286 Did you change the tips on the 16" so that it stops lifting?
No I kept the tips for a 4gal per minute machine and it works great! Did a job today and as usual it worked great.
Thank you! very useful info
I have told girls that over and over, it is is not the size it is how you use it.
After waching your video I purchase a 16 inch surface cleaner My pressure washer 3.5 gallons per minute belt drive.
I can’t hear you because of the background music

@jesus juarez belt drives are stronger and have zero trouble with 20"
@@Tomtom13137 lol 2 of both. You think everyone rich out here?
The volume is so awful that I had to turn it off.
What brand is the 16in
Whisper wash
Would a 24inch surface cleaner be too much for a 4gpm?
Yes
You want 4" per GPM. However I run a 20" dual tip at 2gpm 25 degree angle per tip and get good results.
