I love this vlog! If you are able, would love to see you vlogging as you go about your day. I’m always curious about ordinary daily life of people from other countries 😊

I'm terrible at vlogging and my daily life is very boring but I'll consider trying it 😊

I have read "A Fine Balance" some 20 years ago, so I remember only the main events. I can't say what would be my reaction now, but at the time I LOVED it, and consider it one of the best novels I have ever read.
    Ian McEwan writes beautiful prose.

I am curious how you will like the bookseller of kabul. The background of who wrote it and how was interesting to me, but I wont spoil it just in case you don't want to know. You got lots of great books! I remember reading the man who mistook his wife for a hat in uni and i found it super interesting.

    Great finds!
I am currently reading the 4th and last book of the Neapolitan Novels (My Brilliant Friend being the first), having basically binge read the whole series. I do find the blurb extremely misleading, though. You really have to squint to find friendship between the 2 women who are the main focus of the story.
(If you have any triggers around violence against women or children or violence in general, I recommend looking up content warnings. It's very realistic historical fiction and thus not a happy story.)

Thank you for telling me that. Will look up the trigger warnings.

I really enjoyed Outliers. It's not really self help in my opinion. I have Nujeen's story on my TBR as well. I love to read stories like that.

      Good to know.
Love reading about similar stories to Nujeen's.
