Webflow consistently produce some of the best videos on the internet. Few walk the tightrope between informative and engaging better. It's a delight to watch this creative talent now being applied not just to Webflow but to design processes more generally. Hats off to the education team!
Webflow should be teaching how to create engaging online educational videos other institutions/organizations. This should be as a separate business for them. It is just amazing how simple, down to earth, serious-funny those lessons are. They do not let you feel like you are being educated, but rather edutained by their quirks, weird mistakes, Grimmer's comments about tilting text and so on. They do those things on purpose and at the same time they teach us what Figma is capable of. 🥳🤓 You learn a lot buy combining humour, education, serious tools and Webflow team's creativity. 👍
My gosh!! I chose webflow partly based on how much they really care about teaching how to get the best out of their product. I’m seriously astounded at the level of production quality and performance. Hands down my favorite tutorials to watch!!
So happy to hear you've enjoyed the lesson! “The secret to doing anything is believing that you can do it. Anything that you believe you can do strong enough, you can do. Anything. As long as you believe.” ― Bob Ross
I was looking for part 3 to 7 for so long until I realized that this is actually a new series and it hasn’t been uploaded yet. Great job! Exactly what I need to get from Figma to Live Imagine a world where you can just design in Figma and then publish the Website like in Webflow
Wow, this is why I will stay with Webflow. I don't know if other softwares are better than Webflow. But the training and the quality of work they do is unmatched. They Make you want to stay and be a part of their team.
Education 2.0 . I cant stop laughing 🤣🤣🤣 I wish to work with a team like this some day. I mean... one would be thrilled to go to work everyday - even on weekends
I have no idea what this is or anything that comes out of his mouth. But came here from the beautiful ad and I am hooked to something I have no idea about.
Great one! Could you share a link to the Figma file or draft - to have a practice in webflow based on the current design and be on the same page? That will be really useful. Thanks
these tutorial are sooo good.. I'm afraid one day they'll be paid Ps: sometimes I feel kinda guilty watching all your great content and courses without paying for them
Hey German! We thought you brought up a great point so we took your feedback and added a text file into the downloadable assets for this course. university.webflow.com/courses/figma-to-webflow
where I can find the FIgma file? It's very irritating to pause each time to see and follow through, if I'll have the figma file or at least the png then I'll be able to keep on my canvas and work parallely and more effictevely.
I wonder when Webflow with integrate react code so designers can export react same way they can export html. Considering the world is heading towards Web 3.0 it would be cool if we could design with Webflow and export react so we can integrate with solidity.
@@Webflow Thanks for the link. I'm looking for a Figma file, not the assets. I have downloaded the zip file, and checked all folders. There is no Figma file attached. Can you send me a direct link to the Figma file? Thanks a bunch!
Yes. You can copy your Figma designs to Webflow using our new plugin. Here's more information about it: university.webflow.com/lesson/figma-to-webflow-plugin
LM$O omg im not even 58 seconds into his amazing video and i have to comment on the scene with the editor and the wheel of death LOL im a editor as well and that just hit home thank you guys
Yo, Grimur needs his own podcast. I didn't understand a thing from his story but it sounded more interesting than those thousands podcasts out there lmao!
McGuire and Grímur- you two are freaking hilarious! 😂 I love these Webflow videos. I learn a ton and feel like I'm watching an SNL skit. Sara- when Grímur was talking about his 10th bday, you were losing it *almost* as badly as Jimmy Fallon when he was on SNL. ua-cam.com/video/ejxjJ3qwXK8/v-deo.html Thank you, Webflow for putting together these excellent, (FREE!), entertaining videos. Definitely! I'm afraid the first requirement to do tutorials the "Webflow way" is to be incredibly funny. Not sure if that's possible to teach 🥲
Hahahahaha omg the frustration as the rainbow circle spins....Webflow content is legit #gold

I am impressed by the video! I am no developer but I will try Webflow for my one off project.

The text you display at 4:12 in, where do I go (your "clipboard") to secure such text?! This is great fun, by the way.
You guys are amazing🥰
Now tNice tutorials was truly an aweso video. I love your thorough style
( 5:55 ) Every designer needs client like Grimur who understand us

Great, you guys have no limits :D It's the funniest course I have seen for a while XD. Grimer you're a legend ;)
Grimur the legend! I will share this with him 🙂. Thank you for the positivity!!
I wish I could have your design skills 🔥🔥🔥
you can do it babygirl !
Love this video. is there a link or a draft for the clipboard text you used as a template, so we can practice as we go along?

(1) Yay he’s still alive!
(2) I’m surprised Webflow and Figma haven’t fused into one seamless mega service. Webma? Figflow?

@@Webflow Yes! Thanks for the information!
Has anyone discussed the pot plant?
what software is being used to team work on the same display?
Hello, thank you so much for producing such a great content!
Can you tell me please if the text introduced on the 4th minute is available somewhere?
Hey German! We thought you brought up a great point so we took your feedback and added a text file into the downloadable assets for this course. university.webflow.com/courses/figma-to-webflow
The ending killed me🤣🤣😂🤣
😂😂😂😂
Is it possible to get the cinema 4d files? I wont afford it, but like to rebuild this project.
So glad Grimur could tell us his test tube baby stories.
Lol. Like Grimur, I thought the text was slightly slanted, despite McGuire's claim that it was not :))
why you dont use 12 column grid in figma
where I can find the FIgma file? It's very irritating to pause each time to see and follow through, if I'll have the figma file or at least the png then I'll be able to keep on my canvas and work parallely and more effictevely.
You can find the course assets on this page: university.webflow.com/courses/figma-to-webflow?video=sQnPzTohwfM
Why not use text classes on the paragraphs?
What if we don't have Cinema 4D or Octane?
You guys are wonderful
Right back at you! Appreciate the support Cledenir! 😁

Interesting.... Thank you for your feedback!
Unable to find design file on the course page. Is it possible to get the link to Figma file? Thanks!

is it possible to move figma's web design to webflow?
Yes. You can copy your Figma designs to Webflow using our new plugin. Here's more information about it: university.webflow.com/lesson/figma-to-webflow-plugin
Can you start with mobile? Most of my traffic will be mobile.
This seems way better than Geocities.
But how does it compare to FrontPage?
Hope the test tube story goes somewhere, cause it's teasimg to drop it like that)
I’m going to scale my agency off of Webflow University. I can’t believe this is free.
LM$O omg im not even 58 seconds into his amazing video and i have to comment on the scene with the editor and the wheel of death LOL im a editor as well and that just hit home thank you guys
Wheel of death = 😩😑😢
Sara is very nice, it makes me laugh more that she laughs than the story itself 😂
Yayy Sara! We're so excited to have her featured so much in this course! 😁

What's figma?
Figma is a collaborative design application. Check it out at figma.com/
Make it shorter. I don't like it. Make it longer. I don't like it, make it little bit shorter. Undo. Excellent!

You went to all the trouble to have a segment just for C4D and Octane yet you only made a 2 part blow-up instead of a full product explosion. Why? ;O
