I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it.
[Cucumber Boat]
2 cucumber
1 can (180g) simmered “Hagoromo” (seasoned tuna flakes)
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
A little Doubanjiang
[Cold Dashi soup with cucumber and egg]
1 cucumber
2 Onsen egg (hot springs egg)
A little salt
200ml Dashi soup flavored with soy sauce and sugar (you can easily make it with Shirodashi or Mentsuyu)
[Chunky cucumber and pickled plum vinegared rice ball]
2 cucumber
2 pickled plum
2 cups rice (cook with 1.5 cups of water)
100ml rice vinegar
1 and 1/2 tbsp of sugar
A little soy sauce
