I have been planning and thinking to make a big batch of diff flavored cupcakes but in a lesser way till i found this video.thank u for sharing this recipe its very usefull and very wise and efficient.5 stars for you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Yes, you can but be careful not to over mix the batter as all purpose flour has a higher in protein content. Over mixing will result in a tougher cake!
Our mini cupcakes are 1 inch in size, which some people call it bite-size or tasters. I think the "standard" mini is 2 bites, I put them in quotes because I don't think there is a universal standard on the names given to cupcake sizes. Hope this helps ~ Good Luck with your fundraiser! - D

I would like to ask how long the buttercream can last if stay in the room temp. like 24-28 degree? And the powder u use for the buttercream is meringue powder not the egg white powder? The meringue powder which is using for the icing cookies right ?
I would say if it came out from refrigeration to room temperature, it would last about 2-3 hours but it really depends on the day/sun, the buttercream would get really soft. Yup, the meringue powder in icing cookies! but you can also use egg white powder, just follow the package to reconstitute into 1 egg white equivalent or just use 1 egg white. These options all work. - D

I have a question.. it shows a lot of butter in the video to make the frosting base but it don't say how much it is in the directions.. all it says is one spoon full at a time.. Please answer I need to know how much butter because I am going to be making these for Thanksgiving.. Thanks

tamiera stinson take egg whites and sugar double boil it mixing until the sugar is dissolved than beat it in a mixer or hand mixer for about 6-8 mintues until it reaches peaks
