I would like to know , if I make double the volume , but my oven only can bake 8 pcs at 1 go, can I keep the balance of batter in fridge or room temperature for the second time baking after the first baking is done. I haven't tried for chocolate flavor yet, you can try substitute with abit cocoa powder and add more sugar as cocoa powder is bitter, but the baking time n temperature might vary, seems cocoa powder tends to be wet

If the color already enough, no need to on fan in the end too, if not you can switch tray to top rack and increase 10c to bake
