I do that paper towel trick too!!!! Best way to get rid of grease!
Made this a few days ago and it's very tasty. I've been eating it for lunch all week. Haven't gotten tired of it. Next time I make it, I might brown up some cut up chuck roast and use heavy cream instead of evaporated milk. Thanks for the recipe!

I’m not a fan of velveta cheese could you use regular cheese instead?

Did your IP come with the black drip container or did you add it? Those little clear cups don't always click into place and it's really annoying.

Why wouldn't you mix the better than bouillon with the water instead of adding it separately? 👍
It mixes when you pressure cook 👍
