Not a bad video, I am getting ready to order parts for my granddaughters 05 Grand Prix. The resonator is the only thing that needs replaced. I would have appreciated pipe diameters. When I order a resonator what will be the outlet diameter and what do I need to make that connect to the pipe where I cut it off?
I actually went with what Rock Auto suggested. It lists it as 2.25" for both the inner and outer diameter, so its one of those. Best to just measure it yourself, especially since your 2005 is a different generation of GP than mine.
I love your entire Grand Prix GT playlist. I plan on changing my HVAC controls and Oil Pan soon. I’m still wondering is there a shortcut to removing those bolts underneath the mount/frame area with a modern wrench.

Yeah, exhaust repair is a much less common thing it seems, I recall exhaust systems rusting out regularly.
