Mission 3/10's theme from Air Duel is what led to the creation of Marine Diver, and Mission 2's music had a really small remix in MS2/MSX. Gunforce may have been the true baby steps for the Metal Slug series, Air Duel deserves a mention too when it comes to music since both had the same composer
The assistant part of the end credits(38:00) is a hidden message in Japanese disguised as a person's name. Translated into English, “I am the law and order of the world. Therefore, everything is mine, including the people who live in this sea and their blood. ”
P.S.The protagonist was neither a hero nor a savior. His true identity is someone who is driven by ambition and destroys the existing order.
