You did a fantastic job of working on your own TV and trying to repair it instead of just scrapping it and buying a new one. I am messing with my first one currently, a friends went bad, it has 4 boards, I need to start some testing of the power because of its issue.
So when I bought mine used on ebay, the item description had the correct id number (the one on the bottom of the board) but the board did not. I also just noticed it has one less small capacitor and one random unused connector isn't even there. It's crazy how many boards they have for the same brand and size.... Now at least I have hope another board may fix it. I checked shop Jimmy and they don't have my number but it has tons of others. Thanks for the link though, someone else might save tons of money.
I bought a TV repair kit and missed same model except there was a s at the end of the model number mine HDTV not the smart TV version looked at it much bigger circuit board plus came with the rite sensor plus the plug in for the wall and stashed it for the newer model if I find one. Later went factor reset used the menu button plus 0000 on the menu and it reset the TV works great so far still reluctant I think I should use the correct circuit board or have one for later
Same thing happened with my element 39" a few weeks ago, after a storm. The power went out when I was at work and the tv wasn't even on. I bought a supposedly good board from ebay, from the same model and now it powers on with the blue led but the screen has a dim blue glow and nothing else happens. I guess some really tiny sensitive circuit died on the original board, no obvious damage on mine either.
This TV is so cheaply made. Element is an awful brand. One board is pretty bad and will obviously fail. I have a small Samsung Q50R and uses like 5 boards.

Great narration of the circuit board replacement.

How can I get a board for a element to 32 " tv .an what does it cost can any help me
Do you have it still is it a smart TV?
Yes. It's still going strong!!
In my case tripping the breaker to the power box worked and reset took a few blue lines off
those boards are easily repairable
The reason there are a lot of screws is to make it rigid enough for the wall mount.
I fixed my Daugthers tv it worked for a week tha. It happened again
Oh no!! Maybe a bad circuit elsewhere too?

Is just Panasonic
Is what Panasonic was about to just trash and element buys it to sell it for cheap
Other than that board being struck during a lightning storm, The TV has worked great for me and is still going strong!
