I have the same model Tv spent lots of hours trying to find the issue had permanant green led no sound no picture all voltages on power board got 5v on main board will not turn on , did not know there was a fuse hidden under the black plastic & there is unsteady voltages , you have given me some ideas where to look next time working on it , thanks 👍

Good job! If you use some flux, liquid or paste, it would help solder connections on smd devices.
On these I use liquid flux, a drop or two makes a difference on the solder joint.

I have an LG TV with CCFL backlight in which the CCFL tubes and the inverter are broken. I want to replace it with an LED driver and LED strips (same size TV's LED strip).

How did a Vestel TV find its way to the Philippines? These TVs are extremely common in Europe, and it's usually shorted diodes in the power supply that kills them. But we tend to just replace the boards because they're available on ebay for a few dollars because there are so many broken Vestel TVs 😂
