I’m so loving what you’ve said “ if you have good skin, don’t cover it up with makeup!” I so prefer to have my skin show through. And have now dropped the tinted moisturizer in favor of a tinted moisture sunscreen !!
I love the Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue. It has a very nice cooling effect when you put it on and it's so hydrating on my skin.

These really work as makeup. I've been using Obagi for clear skin. When I use this I get complements on my skin. Haven't used foundation in a year. I'm older and it works on my older skin. I use Ulta repair. SPF is only 32. I'll check these she recommended.

I would love to see how you use this as your "makeup" routine. I am very interested in this, as I have really upped my skincare game, and want to just be more natural most days rather than wear makeup, and really only wear it when I work.
I’ve been doing this a long time. Glad to see a video on it. I love Australian Gold for my fair skin and an affordable option.

I love this product - same idea here - Lucrese Clear Zinc Solar Protection, SPF 30 (w/ Light Tint Silicon). I use this instead of foundation and I love it. I am for sure going to try one of the suggestions you give in this video too.

Brianna which is best for dry mature skin? I think without tint. I definitely need my CC cream which has an spf but I don’t trust that’s all I need. Love your video!

I also like Tizo 3 & Australian Gold & they’re not as expensive. One other thing I’ve done is if I have a non-tinted spf which I like to experiment w/ Korean brands, I’ll just add a few drops of foundation & then I have instant tinted spf

Thanks for this important video, wondering how much product will give us proper protection ? I read an article about a year ago stating that we need a full tspn for the face to be protected and that products with spf don’t mention that in the directions?

I’ve using the Elta MD and I love it! I tried the Intellishade and after a few days my skin started to break out so I went right back to the Elta MD and it cleared up.

Brianna Stanko Hi! It was the original intellishade. After a few days of using it I break out into hives 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about it so I figured it was just my body/skin chemistry not reacting well to the product?

Drugstore brand Austrailan Gold makes a tinted SPF50 just for face. Only saw it on Ulta online last year. Hope its around this year! Love the suggestions! Best skin care routine! Thanks!

I remember Ella MD giving out samples at Costco about 10 years ago. I never thought they’d end up so popular. I just wish they made a tinted moisturizer for super pale skin. 😔

I do use the Revision matte especially in the summer or when I’m on vacation (especially beach vacations!). I have normal skin, but use the matte. Always wondered about just using the regular....have you tried both?
Ocean Flower, so far, I’ve only used the matte. I tend to wear it more in summer.

Have you tried the colorscience “All calm”? I am very fair and it is all I need. All Elta tinted are too dark for me.
What can I do if I have normal, or occasional dry skin, yet purchased 2 Sunscreens which I failed to understand were marketed or made for oily skin? Both Paula's Choice Resist, and Elyta MD Elements seem to have been designed for the masses of ppl , the buyers, with oily skin who dominate the industry. I loved the sunscreens at first but after a few hours my skin is tight and dry. I use moisturizer & serum for hydration. Is there a superior moisturiser I could use under the sunscreens?

Hi!! Yes its the same color but its not an all mineral spf....its a chemical and mineral spf. So it just depends what you like but the Truphysical is great for all skin types too ;)
Can you mention the main key ingredients and the percentage? On another subject, can you talk about skinmedica and the order to layer each product in what order for each skin type? 💋

I use both Elta MD and Colorescience being that I am tan...I could never just put them on as foundation they both leave a light cast on me.

I found your channel because I was searching for the best products, and I've really enjoyed your content. I'm looking for new product suggestions because I figured, if I'm going to be willing to spend the amount I do on Elemis, I want to know I'm using the best options for that amount.

I am 50 and never leave the house without SPF and am crazy about skincare. I have no wrinkles and don’t look 50 and I haven’t gone to bed without taking off my makeup since I was a teenager. I don’t sun my face, wear a hat, constant sunscreen, etc. I am fanatical about it. Having said that, I grew up in a time in the 70s and 80s that didn’t have SPF or is was very low (SPF 2 or 4), I have sun damage on my face from my childhood (and I take medication that makes my hyperpigmentation darker-yay!-) and I can’t get rid of it unless I get expensive treatments done, so I have to wear a tinted sun cream or a BB cream in addition to my SPF to hid it. Moral to my story...everyone younger than me...always wear SPF. I can’t go back in time, you don’t need to...
