As an Ohio State fan, I’d recommend LSU for what you’re asking for. Big stadium, passionate fans, weather will be good in November (compared to the northern states), and the food will be amazing. Cajun cuisine is unique and you’ll love it. You really can’t go wrong with any SEC tailgate, but definitely give LSU a go 🤙🏻
O-H
@@spiderboyneverbrokeagain4742 Go Dawgs!!!!
As an Ohio State fan you just don't want them to see OSU get destroyed by Michigan in person.
@@MrZadir-nu7bd gg brother we should’ve won tho u can’t lie
@spiderboyneverbrokeagain4742 It was an incredible game. Could have gone either way, remember Georgia also missed 2 field goals that game.
You can’t go wrong going to any SEC game and tailgate. Weather is warmer in November down south too
Facts SEC football atmospheres are different
except South Carolina its really nothing special.
@@Birick South Carolina had one of the better home field environments in the SEC. I see you're a Clemson fan, so you have some bias, which is understandable for a rivalry
Florida vs Georgia in Jacksonville AKA the world largest cocktail party
It was me for the tailgate invite. I said Alabama vs Tennessee but that is in late October which is a little earlier than y'all are looking at. You guys could come over for the Bama vs LSU game which is 11/4 - tickets + tailgate still apply and yes there will be plenty of beer, liquor, and BBQ. We could squeeze in a lot of the other stuff you all have been talking about in other videos too...waffle house, BBQ, biscuits and gravy, whataburger, trucks, etc. The closest game to your timeline would be Auburn vs Alabama though which is 11/25 @ Auburn. I won't have my own tailgate there but we can figure out friends of ours who do, tickets, etc. Either one will be a huge game and a good atmosphere so you can't go wrong....I know I'm biased but Bama just does tailgating a little bit better than Auburn.
This one Daz, either one of the games is good.
💙👊🏻 I’ll be in touch
@@officeblokedazI'm an Oklahoma Sooners fan, but either of these game will be big and an amazing experience for you. Would make great content for your channel plus many jealous fans. Best wishes.
You're awesome for doing that man
Eli Manning and his father, Archie both played QB at Ole Miss for college.
As a Ole Miss fan we have a motto. “We may lose the game but we never lose a party!”
Go to Oxford, MS for an unforgettable tailgate experience at Ole Miss!!! We might not win every game, but we never lose the party!!! The folks at Ole Miss will embrace you as family and show you the time of your life!! Premium drinking, gourmet eating, beautiful women and handsome men!! Seriously, you won't regret it!!!
LOL I'm is the most overrated tailgate in the country. Pretentious nonsense.
LSU Would be the best option.
@@aboutthat1440you’re so far incorrect it’s crazy but yeah overall LSU is the best !
My worst ever experience at a road game. Fans would not even talk with me and after the game, some of their young fans threw a pumpkin at my car and dented the right rear quarterpanel. I am a Bama fan. LSU, Auburn and Tennessee fans, our actual rivals, have never treated me at their campuses like the garbage fans that day in Oxford.
@@aboutthat1440 Agreed on both points and I am a Bama fan. While I love tailgating on the Quad in Tuscaloosa, I still like the food and beer better in Baton Rouge.
@@bamachine I am really sorry that you didn't have a good experience at Ole Miss. I've only ever had a wonderful time in Oxford and sincerely hope that your experience was a fluke.
Nov 25 Tex A&M at LSU !!!
LSU home game vs a great conference opponent. Which could decide the SEC west winner....
This would be a GREAT choice 👌
That picture for South Carolina looks like a random photo, that isn't what the inside of the cockaboose looks like, they are much nicer. Also, you'd never see anyone drinking Foster's there on gameday lol
The roasted alligator at LSU is always fun when they play Florida.
The humidity is awful though.
The Florida v. Georgia game every year in Jacksonville is called the worlds largest outdoor cocktail party.
The end of November around Thanksgiving just happens to be the traditional rivalry week in college football. Big rivalry games are played throughout the season, but most of your in-state matchups as well as other notable rivalries like Michigan-Ohio State take place on Thanksgiving weekend as the final regular season game for the programs involved.
I'm not even an lsu fan and I'll admit lsu is INSANE
The Saturday after Thanksgiving is the last week of the season. Michigan/Ohio State is the game to go to. One of the best rivalries in all of sports and the largest stadium in the country (not to mention the winningest team in college football history). Both teams will surely be ranked in the top 10, probably even top 5. Most likely the only such game that week. There's a 50/50 chance the weather isn't bad either but even at worse it shouldn't be too cold. 40-50 degrees is the typical weather for that week. If you do choose to do that, Penn State plays Michigan State at Ford Field (indoors) in Detroit on the night before. MSU is going to be pretty bad but you can cross off an NFL stadium and get more football which is always a good thing.
All the other typical rivalry games that week look to involve at least one pretty mediocre team this year. Texas A&M at LSU... A&M went 5-7 last year (LSU was also only 10-4). Alabama is at Auburn and Auburn is going to be bad. Georgia is at Georgia Tech and GT is awful. Tennessee hosts Vanderbilt but Vandy is one of the worst teams in the country. Florida State at Florida.. Florida is mediocre and there's a good chance FSU will fail to live up to the hype they're getting. Texas hosts Texas Tech who are awfiul and Oklahoma hosts TCU who will surely have a down year, not to mention Oklahoma is rebuilding. Clemson at South Carolina should be pretty good but both teams are likely to have multiple losses so.. meh. Oregon State at Oregon might be pretty good but not quite the quintessential college football experience. Avoid any team in California. The culture is just not there.
Come to Alabama for Thanksgiving weekend for the Iron Bowl with Alabama vs. Auburn or Mississippi for the Egg bowl between Ole Miss and Mississippi state.
If you're in the US thanksgiving weekend go to the Egg Bowl, Ole Miss vs. Miss St. Great southern tailgating in smaller towns between teams that aren't ever great but absolutely hate each other.
My husband is a LSU grad and when we lived in NOLA we had season tickets to the Tigers. The tailgates are epic! Geaux Tigers!
Thanksgiving: 4th Thurs. in Nov.
Remember that each college tends to take on its biggest rival that week, so plan early.
Literally as I’m watching this my brother in law texted me asking to go to the Kansas vs Oklahoma game lol so thanks for the good omen blokes!
Nov 23-25 schedules
Penn State away at Mich St.
*Alabama away at Auburn.
Ole Miss away at Miss State
Georgia away at Georgia Tech
LSU Home vs Tex A&M
Tex Longhorns home vs Tex Tech
Fla Gators Home vs Fla St.
* The Iron Bowl - One of the most famous rivalry game in the US Alabama vs Auburn
Friday November 24th Penn State @ Michigan State then the day after Ohio State @ Michigan, double header for you guys!
If you want to go on Thanksgiving go to the Egg Bowl. It’s Ole Miss vs Mississippi State. It is played on thanksgiving every year and it’s a big rivalry game.
I’m currently a student at Ole miss and it’s 100% the best I’ve been to a lot of schools for games and nothing comes close to ole miss, would love for y’all to come take a trip here. Got y’all with tickets and tailgate if you decide to
I went to a SMU tailgate party right when I moved to Texas.
They stacked the entire college, fire trucks, tents, dozens of free kegs. Sorority girls painting you. It was Wild!
Even in the small Sun Belt Conference where my A-State Red Wolves play, we get some decent tailgates though not on the same level as the ACC or the SEC. One of my favorite road games that I went to was at Louisiana-Lafayette and they had an awesome tailgate scene. One of the many reasons to love college football.
I’ll say come to a Texas Tech Football game!
The Cowboy side of Texas! The BBQ is here, but also GOOD authentic Mexican Food!
We will tailgate, and cook Fajitas or Asado on the Disco. Lubbock has a great night life to celebrate the victory also!
See y’all in November! 🤠
The weekend you're talking about is typically the last game of the regular season and is a rivalry game, so it may be difficult to get tickets, especially if the teams are having good seasons.
You guys have to go to a night lsu game. IT IS INCREDIBLE
Loves yalls channels btw😂
Come see the back to back national champions for the Georgia/Georgia Tech rivalry. Athens, GA (city for the University of Georgia) is considered one of the best college towns in the country and the tailgating is amazing!
You should check out the *tailgate fan* series by CBS sports, for a more in depth look at the tailgating culture in the states.
Yeah you're gonna want to avoid the northern states for tailgating if it's end of November unless you are into going to a game that might be below zero/snow. Your best bet is LSU imo, they play Texas A&M who is also highly ranked this year as well so that should be really good
That's what the alcohol is for! You won't even feel the cold lol
@@to4316 It definitely helps, I live in Minnesota and the tailgating sucks here when it's snowing
If you're going to be in the US at the end of November you need to hit up the Iron Bowl. Its Auburn vs Alababa and it's always the Sat. after Thanksgiving. Tickets might be hard to get but it's worth it. And it's one of the biggest rivalries in college sports.
One of the best rivalries. Agreed. Have a few friends from Alabama and heard stories lol.
Come out to wisco game! We know how to party here in Madison. It’ll be freezing here but I do also suggest Auburn. I’ve had a great time in my few experiences down in the plains. Doesn’t get much better than SEC gameday
If you are going in late November keep in mind this is the end of the regular season for most teams and also Rivalry Week, where teams are playing their main rival. Rivalry game tend to be a bigger deal especially to the fans so tickets are going to be harder to come by than normal. Rivalry game do tend to be more intense so you have a good chance of seeing a better played game. In the (south) SEC you have the Iron Bowl (Alabama vs Auburn), The Egg Bowl (Mississippi vs Mississippi State) so that covers 3 of the team on this list.
Thanksgiving is the fourth and usually last Thursday in November btw.
Being an LSU fan, and going to games/tailgating a lot, I can sure say that it’s a wild time!
Are you definitely coming in late November, around Thanksgiving? You should go to Georgia @ Tennessee on the 18th and hit up either the Iron Bowl, Alabama @ Auburn, or Texas A&M @ LSU the following week if you're able to. I live in-between all of them. I'll travel to a game with you. All of these games should have a lot on the line for at least one of the teams. All of them will have great tailgating.
If you’re worried about weather, you could always do USC vs ucla. Weather is usually pretty good in LA that time of year.
As some one from Pennsylvania that lives in Baton Rouge pennstate and LSU
Are neck and neck depends on what food and atmosphere you want
As a University of Michigan Wolverine, I'm going to recommend the Big House if you were here in the Fall. However, since you are looking at coming around November time, I would recommend any college south of the Mason-Dixon line so you don't have snow.
Well if it’s thanksgiving I don’t think you can go to any game other than what is called literally THE GAME. Michigan vs Ohio State in Ann Arbor. This was the most watched game in all of college football last year and is most years. More than likely each team will be 11-0 or 10-1 at worst this year. Should be a top-4 matchup. Cold Big Ten games are special. (Fans get the liquor blanket going)
The last Saturday in November are the rival games.
I would recommend LSU/UF on the 11th of November or LSU/Texas A&M on the 25th. Both games should be rocking good games, atmospheres, and awesome tailgating. For the Florida game, be prepared for cooked alligator, as well as lots of gumbo and jambalaya.
Y’all should go to that notre dame vs northwestern game in Ireland. It’s about 5 weeks away.
They will enjoy that.
If you going in the end of November if you can get tickets you should do the game Ohio state vs Michigan
Somrwehere hot and a night game ! also a bis college home game alabama-lsu- miami or somewhere like that there are a lot to chosse from.
Would love to see something like this around Ibrox stadium 😂
😂
come to The Grove! we living good out here
Be careful when trying to find tickets in November. Those games sell out big time. Thanksgiving weekend is the last weekend of the season.
Penn State hosts Michigan in November! Huge game!
Regular Season ends at the end November for most schools. You may want to look into that.
FYI November 25 is the last regular season games.
Then December 2nd should be post season conference championships weekend. Only 10 conf champ games
Whichever location you choose, there will surely be easy access to a wide variety of delicious beer from any number of the myriad craft breweries that are all over the country.
Also, I can vouch for Auburn tailgating. War Eagle!
If you're planning a November trip, avoid Thanksgiving November 23, 2023, or.anytime around it. I would recommend around the 1st. Secure your football tickets now wherever you.decide, New Orleans/LSU would make a great trip. Cheers!
If you're coming in November, West Virginia has 2 home games against BYU. And Cincinnati
Lsu is the place you wanna go, its in Baton Rouge on campus. All day event and u can walk up to anyone and get free food. Make sure its a night game cuz LSU is legendary for their night games
LSU hands down has the best tailgating in the country, the food that y'all will eat would be some of the best that y'all have had in your lives. LSU is in Baton Rouge, which is about an hour by car from New Orleans. If y'all go to the Nov. 25th home gave vs Texas A&M, y'all can also experience Thanksgiving in the US as it falls on the 23rd. November in LA is usually jeans/light jacket weather.
If y'all want an idea of how we Tigers fans approach partying, last month we DESTROYED the jello shots challenge at a bar in Omaha, NE during the college baseball national championship (which we also won). The previous record last year set by Ole Miss was 18k jellos shots, this year, we nearly consumed 69k jello shots. Geaux Tigers!
Good video - I live in Savannah, GA. I would recommend the Georgia Florida game. It's called "The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party." It's in Jacksonville, FL. FYI...Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursday in November (Nov. 28, 2024) You could see the college game on Saturday and drive to Tampa to see the Bucs OR stay in Jacksonville to see the Jags. Atlanta is about 4.5 hours away too (Falcons).
Good tailgate and available tickets don't go together, pick game in your time slot and location (stay south) and see if you can get tickets as early as possible. If somebody has tickets and invites you even better.
As a Tennessee fan I would say Egg Bowl, Iron Bowl or Tennessee vs Georgia…depending on when in November you come over
Go to Alabama vs lsu in Tuscaloosa this year
Tailgate advice: If you two can spare 8-9 days, go to 3 games/tailgates in the same part of the country. Go to a Saturday game, then a Thursday night game, then a Saturday game. 3 tailgates.
Michigan plays Ohio state in November in Ann Arbor 👀, would definitely be crazy. But you can’t go wrong with Alabama or lsu if you want to stay warm.
Alabama vs Auburn. Nov 25th. You can't get any more college football than that. Tickets might be hard to come by or expensive though
Any LSU rivalry game is probably the top choice. Needs to be a night game, but the big ones almost always are.
Go with LSU! I love great barbecue but LSU will have the best food. Also, if you do it on the right weekend, you could go to watch a Saints home game the next day. More food and more football!
Daz.. the last week of the regular season of college football is Thanksgiving week.
Geaux Tigers!! 💜💛💜🐯🐯 love the channel guys!
Tenessee can get very cold in november.
I’ve been to plenty of games around the nation on Saturdays and Sundays (college vs pros). At the college level nobody does tailgates like the sec. We’re a different breed and will fill you up with enough alcohol and bbq before sending you off stumbling into the stadiums.
I'm a Hurricane but will conceed many schools do tailgate better than we do, but ours are still freakin' awesome...give me a Presidente, or a Dos Equs, or a Modelo. Add in a Cuban sandwich, and 2 or 3 hamon (ham) croquettes...yum
November wont be that cold anywhere but will still be very hot anywhere down south by British standards (and mine). I'd suggest just picking any SEC or Big 10 game. SEC will be in the south east of America, Big 10 will be in the mid west. Idk what the schedule is this year, but you can't go wrong with Michigan v Ohio State. Probably the biggest and oldest rivalry in college football, and both teams are always good every year.
Late November/thanksgiving is cold in old BIG 10
The game is on November 25th. I agree, it should be a great game.
@@DonaldHancock1653 Eh...put on a jacket and drink some booze and it's perfect football weather my friend!
Yes November can be cold in some regions like the Midwest and Northeast. I almost froze to death. 💀 I am used to hot sunny weather.
They're from the UK, they're use to a bit of cold. November isn't even winter yet. I'm from NY and I don't consider it to be cold until it dips below 40 F
Fellas let me know if you’re coming to a West Virginia game ! I’d love to meet up & help/ host etc!
Wisconsin is a good one. Polish sausage and cheese curds.
Alabama and Lsu always play in November just a heads up the game is in Alabama this season 🔥
Georgia bulldogs in Athens is pretty big too
Tailgating has more to do with the fans and food rather than weather
Ole Miss is the University of Mississippi. The Grove is made for tailgating but any SEC uni is great.
Also, LSU is in Baton Rouge
Navy vs Army which happens from Annapolis Maryland _ you got the Maryland Terps but they're not the military
The Ohio State Michigan game is on November 25th. If the analysts are right, it should be a great game.
Go to an SEC school. A lot better weather than here in Big Ten country in Nov
UCLA ROSE BOWL 🌹 Tailgate on the golf course ⛳️ perfect weather
Go to LSU for great tailgating and game. Great food and you can visit Cajun country and New Oeleans.
Bama vs LSU in November in Tuscaloosa
If your looking at end of November ohio state vs michigan big rivalry
Make sure you go to a Rivalry game. It's always intense and loud.
I graduated from the University of Alabama. The best tailgates are LSU and the Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. Pace yourself.
Come to Alabama vs LSU in November at Death Valley. It will be unreal.
A gentle point ... Florida State University (FSU) Seminoles is a good bet for playoffs and are very different from UF Gators.
Dang, barely any tailgating in that video. It's really fun though wherever you end up going.
No real tailgating pics or clips
Announce what college game you’ll be going to so we can meet and greet
Michigan in November will be the place to be. Go Buckeyes! Tickets are probably expensive
LSU does tailgating the best. The people, the food, and then there’s the historical stadium and the game itself.
Just walk into any tailgate party with a case and you'll be ok to join any party.
Typically, LSU will play their rivals (Alabama) in late November. Would be incredible if you guys could go! 🔥
Texas is best. Tailgating is huge and everyone is inviting you in to drink and eat. They set up big screen TVs and watch while just outside the stadium.
Y'all have to come down to Bayou Country and visit LSU LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY
On Saturday, October 28, the University of West Virginia Mountaineers come to the University of Central Florida (UCF) for a game. I am a UCF alumni from 1995. UCF tailgating is the best! Our stadium and school are in Orlando, Florida, and the stadium is called "the bounce house". Come for the game. It will be wild!
...p.s....The maker of this tailgating list must have some sort of connection to Ole Miss. We will cut him some slack.
Georgia not being in the top ten is crazy. Y’all gotta go to UGA & eat some of the best food in college football !
Ehh. Tailgating at Georgia was fun when i went to the UGA/Clemson game years ago, but not as impressive as Auburn, A&M, USCe, or Tennessee games I've gone to. Definitely better than texas or Penn State games I've attended.
@@mtgamer7 should of came to my spot then lol
A&M @ LSU would be a huge game.
