- In the time of coronavirus, following the health code about wearing gloves is of utmost importance in food handling. Darcy Spears takes us to a pizzeria where the owners say customers are right to be concerned.
This is one of the very few episodes I've seen where the restaurant takes ownership of the violations

Born and raised in Vegas. I think every big city should have something similar to this! It’s an informative and potentially lifesaving series. Darcy Spears is a bit of a local legend (to people who don’t want food poisoning, at least). Get ‘em, Darcy!

I’ve gone here for over twenty year now-two decades! The reason is because of the food (obviously.) Over the years , I’ve convinced others to start eating at Broadway Pizzeria, and have recommended the place countless times. After this report, I will continue to do all of the above. Broadway Pizzeria is my go-to. It’s excellent food.
Chef with 32 years in the kitchen here. I can see employee making a mistake on the not wearing gloves if he washed his hands. The overloaded cooler full of out of temp food is a disaster waiting to happen. Even more so the dish machine not sanitizing. Fix this NOW, or you are asking for an outbreak.
I won't be dining here.
The big franchise companies are untouchable.
Umm yes we do think about food safety. So should you! You dont go home at night until the establishment is clean.

I can’t stand restaurants pizzeria not wearing gloves changing to clean gloves or flies and doors wide open have someone to clean your restaurant liable for a fine and a lawsuit for food poisoning

I worked in a restaurant as a teenager. Those stainless steal fixtures are made to withstand steam cleaning. Once a week, they used steam to sanitize the kitchen. 70's. No wonder were all wearing masks today

broadway pizza is the best pizza in vegas. around for decades. now with the false alarm covid theyre blowing everything out of proportion. Inventing new laws and scaring people all in the name of control. we have too many nonsensical asinine laws in this country. that said i got major food poisoning from a mexican food truck and almost died so i stopped eating from food trucks for good.

I changed my mind about going to see the Leaning Tower of Pizza.
Went there April 2020 for take out and had no idea. Two years later and I see this 😆

Much ado about nothing. I've eaten from Broadway's garbage bins and they've thrown out stuff that's still good. Other than shaking hands and green urine, no side effects.
