- Here is the maiden Flight of our Ritewing Mini Drak. This is one of the most impressive aircrafts to fly. it is now one of my favorite planes to own. Made from super durable and robust Molded EPP, This aircraft flys as good as it looks.
Unfortunately having the ESC in the fuse of the wing caused it to go into thermal protection mode. After a few modifications The esc is performing great. Check out the follow up video below. Make sure you pick up the hottest aircraft of 2017 before they are all sold out.

That is the baddest looking plane I have EVER seen. I want one so bad, but it's out of my price range. Next time you hydro-dip one, go with a fire drake scheme: orange, yellow, and black scales. Easier to see LoS and more exciting for spectators to watch. Wicked wing man. Very sweet.

Loved it, appreciate the effort, but for the price I can build at least five modified EPP wings or buy 3 X5 Skywalker's with the same flight envelopes. Well, if I win the lottery, count me in 😎. Happy flying

I love the look of the draks but the amount of noise it makes is a deal breaker for me. Can they be made quieter.
Chris Edwards Hi C. It's loud because the prop is close to the fuselage. TL have brilliant motor mounts, so if you move the propeller further back it will whisper. Happy flying
thanks. i couldn't figure it out. all the mini's squeal. this one appears to have a good electric pusher mounted, which should be quiet. most frequently, prop squeal is the result of using a 'flexy', s-f prop (slow-flyer), on the wrong airframe. cheers

All the talk about the price. It's Not that expensive. This foam stands alone there is nothing else like it currently available. It looks amazing and performs just as killer. I love it. Buy your Skywalkers if you want. *Rolls eyes

Damn that's loud. Do you have to launch it like that, I fly alone, and can you fly it entirely FPV, or do you have also fly it LOS. I can't fly LOS because I can't see that far.
When I bought my 7' quad, I went ahead and got DJI goggles and long range crossfire on the ground so I could fly a LR wing in the future... because I love the speed.
What is Reflex?
It doesn't like to slow down as the throttle is pinned wide open as you circle back...lol..

My finger was on the buy button but i just couldn't justify paying the price for it all and only being able to use a runcam 2 for recording which is a very mediocre cam imo, its a real shame you cant mount a gopro on this one. Looks like a great flyer though and good review by Johnny as always!
What prevents you from mounting a gopro?
Where you going to put it? Nose too narrow and stuck on top would be too much drag.
@@HallyFPV I realise this is 4 years old, but most people runs gopros on their MDs. I use a hero7.
Nice job on the plane. I think you could do a better job filming during flight. I am almost sick haha. Other than that. Great job

can't wait till mini race wing Drone launches it sales.....it's gonna make this for the price go on the back burner.....even the strix Rc wing is better than unit by far..

Why are the servo holes not correctly lined up with the flaps why are the servo hole such an awkward size

my mini drak showed up yesterday and it's a piece of s*** their sections of foam missing all over the place there's a 20 mm by 2 mm piece missing across the entire bottom that's dissimilar from one side to the other there's little sections of foam to mmmm-mmm sections of foam missing all along the hatch entire areas of the hatch and spar area are completely missing the last three models I got from banggood for $40 the phone was absolutely perfect on this one was $170 and it looks like it's worth about about $10 this company has no quality control I will never buy another plane from this company again no matter how cool it looks
