I’m about two years in, plus or minus depending on what “counts”, and I wonder sometimes if I take this stuff too seriously. I’ve made pretty sweet gains, but what if I’d just gone with “eat & lift, bro”? Would I have gotten about the same gains with less effort, or would I have gotten bored for lack of structure and drifted away? (Then again I’m 45, so I probably can’t get away with half the stuff Young Alberto did.)
