Thanks for watching! If you liked this video your going to LOVE the grilled Honey Garlic Shrimp video: ua-cam.com/video/LuQ3Vwqkg84/v-deo.html
Great video! What's in your rub?
What hot sauce did you use when you would put it on the butter?
I Love shrimp 🍤🍤🍤🍤🍤
@@rossdavidweiner9490 also want to know but no reply eh? Guess we will never know. Its too bad too because I really wanted go do this exactly as he did. I am so wanting to know what the hell that rub was!😔
fuck me, that looks great. !😁
What I like most IS... other than the lobster, there isn’t anything fancy in this vid. Just a basic grill! Not a 1,000 or 400 $ grills here! And yet you put together a very detailed easy to follow video. Thank you for that!
Yes! I try to
Do most of all the cooks on we bet kettles or drums as they are affordable cookers! Thank you for watching!
Made these last night, just amazing. Best lobster we have ever eaten. Ours were about 100gr (3.3Oz) each, so cooked them for 7 minutes when they got to exactly 60C(140F). Just brilliant lifting them out so cooking is indirect from both sides - and easier to eat. Worth the prep work.
Great to hear! Thanks for sharing and I agree!
Jason - I just tried these last night for New Year's Eve and cannot thank you enough!! I followed the recipe to the tee and, man, they turned out fantastic!!! My tails were a little smaller than the video and I had to watch them carefully timewise, but everything was flawless. Thanks so much for sharing and I look forward to many more of your videos. Happy New Year!!
I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you fir taking the time to message me! Happy New year!
I watched this video twice so I could attempt this tonight. The lobster tails looked amazing. Well done.
I pulled this off last night for guests next to accompanying filet mignon and it came out perfect - thank you! I can say this is probably the best instructional video for grilling lobster out there as it does a great job at covering the important details. And I never even thought about making lemon-butter like this - what a great use for the side burner while the surf-n-turf is on the (gas) grill! I have grilled lobster "the opposite way" - cutting away the membrane and leaving it in the shell, which puts the flesh in direct contact with the grill, but for presentation I like this better. My only tip on not breaking the shell - while opening it up after cutting it with shears use your fingers to compress both sides of the shell together underneath it while you are using your thumbs to separate the topside of the shell. Thanks for the great video!
Thanks for sharing and for great comment!
Did this recipe this evening, along with some NY steaks. Amazing! Awesome presentation with the grilled lemons, etc. Huge hit with our guests!!
Thats what I LOVE to hear! Thank you for sharing and totally agree!
This is the best lobster tail cooking I have ever seen, and Thank you for the garlic butter. God Bless.
Thank you! Good to hear!
He says i would give my left arm” haha after he almost burned it off when he put the lemon on the grill... lol Priceless..!!!
Im trying to give you the arm off my body! I wants it?
So I tried this for my wife, it came out amazing. I appreciate the detailed instructions, this made our night. Thanks man
Good to hear! So good!
Nice to hear!!

I've been grilling lobster like this for years and you're right...guests love the taste and presentation! Easy and delish!! Next time I grill tails, I'll try your garlic butter recipe. Score! First time cooking lobster tails. Got tasked to cook up some lobster tails for a small gathering. Watched several "how to cook lobster tails" videos but yours is straight forward and to the point. The best part is that I can honestly say that I have never had better lobster...ever! Subscribed!
Great to hear! Thanks for sharing!

Nice Bro! Now to check out the Bacon wrap Bourbon Shrimp video.

Ok, I'm 45 yrs old never cooked lobster before till 9-3-22 watched your video twice listened to your instructions and followed them exactly how you explained. They came out perfect and so delicious!!!
Only thing I did differently was I smoked them with apple wood chips. Thank you for a perfect lobster tail! I pulled them off at 142°
A little over but it came out wonderful! 😊👍
Great to hear!
Thanks for sharing!
Can you do all that prep work at home and then carry it to a location in your opinion
@Iambriangregory yes, no problem. Just put lobster on ice and keep cold in cooler until ready to cook.
@@godscreation7542 thank you much for the tip if you get a chance tell me how much lobster is going for for you per lobster or pound or usually they come 4 or 5 oz sometimes 8 I don't think you can find a bargain lobster
Maaaaan, I tried this tonight and it went TERRIBLE, lol! They tasted really good but that whole presentation thing? I screwed that all up, lol! They looked a mess, man, lol! I'm still gonna post it on the channel too, just to show people that as perfect as we make it look on camera, not every cook is perfect. But the only way to get better is to push yourself to try new things. Don't be afraid to fail! And if you fail, try it again. Only this time fail better.
Heh Jason those tails looked amazing and I know they are tasty! Great video!
They were so good Rich! Be great next to one of those texas roadhouse steaks I just saw on your channel!
Just made this for my first time! Thanks came out great!
Valentine’s Day …My first time… cooked a little longer… bit lower temp…. Basted twice with your recipe… she loves it!

Perfectly done!!
They make a huge impression, but the funny thing is that your guests don't realize how easy it is to do grilled lobster. You just have to be attentive.
Agree 100% - Thank you for watching!
You sir, just got another subscriber!!! Making these for my wife paired with an Australian steak for our anniversary. Surf and turf! 🙌🏽
Awesome! Hope she likes em’
Thank you. I will use this technique this evening
Thank for watching!
Sweet cook brother.
Thank you bro!
Superb recipe Jason!
Now I need some tail!
I could go for some tail too! Thanks for watching brother
Perfect technique. Thanks for the video!
Thank you and your welcome!
made this the other day after seeing this video. I swapped out the seasoning for some Black Truffle Parmesan seasoning I had on hand. Lobster tails were SMALL, as my local grocery store only had 2 ounce ones, but headed to Costco to get some 5-6 ounce tails this weekend. Amazing taste though, super simple and the butter baste tasted so good. I paired them with a 12 ounce Filet
That great to hear!
Happy it all worked out for you - thanks for sharing!
OMG!! That garlic butter, and lemon base😍Absolutely beautiful and delicious looking. Don't give away that left arm, you need it to hold that tomahawk bone😂Thanks for sharing 😃
Thank you for watching - wonder what Lloyd would do for one of em? haha
3rd time this month having lobster. Your quick and to the point instructions are flawless.
Appreciate the kind words!
Yo how ritch are you? I've never bought lobster in my life and I'm nearly 40. Searching videos thinking of making something once in a lifetime special. Gooooddd for uuuuuuuuu lol
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you chef. Just did this awesome recipe you shared. Did exactly as soon and it came out fantastic. Thank you so much. It was delicious. Only thing, I need one of those Weber grill. I’ll bet it will be even tastier. Thanks chef again👍🏾
Great to hear! A Weber is a must!
Thanks for the video! I'll try this recipe with langoustines tomorrow. Logically, it should turn out delicious👍
Brother I think you have this video recipe thing down to a fine art. Those were beautiful!
It sure does not feel like it at times, but I appreciate the kind words! Thanks for watching!
You covered meat selection, how to prepare the meat, the rub and sauce for the flavor profile, desired direct/indirect cooking profile, how to apply the baste without losing the rub, the desired coloring of the shell to indicate things are going correctly, the desired final temperature to meet food safety guidelines without overly drying the meat, and the pitfalls of leaving the meat in the shell, removing entirely, or cooking beyond 140 F. I think a pat on the back is well deserved Sir!
Pretty much everything I would want to know if I was making at home. Thank you for the feedback David!
They looked great and bet they tasted even better!
Michael T they were delicious!
looks amazing!
Thanks bud!
I love it when chefs do not over think the recipe... this is right down the middle ... well done

Last weekend I had never cooked lobster on the grill before so I'm glad I figured it out and I did it the way you did it. That looks amazing the only difference in what we did the only thing is we were running low on lump charcoal so I threw several pieces of cherry wood about the size of my fist on there and we cooked them with the cherry wood I was half afraid it would ruin them but it didn't actually turned out very nice thanks for the video
I'll definitely try this when we go camping ! .. hope they will be impressed 😁😊
I hope you all like them - I think they are fantastic! 😁🔥
OMG 😲😁SUBSCRIBED!!
Thank you!
Very beautiful! ❤ I'm going to my grandparents' house this weekend and I get to cook for the first time for them! I cannot wait to show this off!
Also, have you tried apple butter bacon shrimp? My family loves it and tops it with cinnamon. Its a beautiful dish and is a tradition of ours. I can't eat it (seafood allergy), but would love to see how one would turn out for someone else. I've never seen anything like it before and thought it would be interesting to share the idea.
Take care! ❤
Thank you! Hope they turn out great for you!
Never had those but they sound delicious!
Mine came out perfect. Awesome video. Thank you.
I did it today and the flavor was spectacular, thanks !!!
Good to hear! Thanks for sharing!

Helpful thanks very much , the 2nd time I did this recipe I added 1/2 tsp of minced wet Ginger which added another dimension to the recipe.
Yesss this video was so simple and I was able to pull through and make these without any mistakes!!!

Medium well for lob is not so good.
140 to 145 is almost the perfect temp for lobster tails. Unless you like them chewy ....
I got the likes to 1k your welcome
My man!!! Thank you very much!

Tried this for my first time and it came out great!!! Thanks for the video!
Great to hear! Thanks for sharing!
Excellent instructions on how to prepare this dish. Tasted great. Will make it again.
Could’ve cooked a lil longer
Yeah until the meat is fully white
About how long do you usually leave them on?
@@deathsagaXX white lobster meat tells you it is done. Just like with shrimp being pink when done, lobster tells you it is done when it is white and tender. I cook mine at 400 degrees for 5 minutes per side and they are always perfectly cooked.
It's amazing that this dude has over 3 million clicks 😂
I agree, they weren't done - not saying by any means like with a steak but they weren't ready to take off the grill.
Very very sloppy tails OMG!!!
Didn't you ever think of a T cut down the tail to take the meat out with minimal to no shell?? The seasoning technique was off too. And slightly roasting the meat, on top, gives it a brilliant look and taste.
I don't have a channel and I've cooked in a large restaurant in Europe for several years, but cooking/grilling is a serious passion for me.
I don't have any cooking business but, hmmm, I'm asked quite often to do catering for large firms..

Lol that shit raw
That lobster is raw...
140 degrees is standard for lobster tails. Quit overcooking seafood people www.today.com/food/how-cook-lobster-tail-grilled-lobster-tail-broiled-lobster-tail-t133102
GOD, FAMILY, THEN THE REST The Lobster is so raw it’s still singing “Under the Sea”
140 degrees...all good
Very!!!
I tried it left on till 142° came out perfect!
Just made these for the fam ..Now sitting here with my post dinner beer, a lobster hero. Thanks!

Do you think you can do all that prep work at home and put the melted butter in a jar or squirt bottle and prep the lobster keep it on ice and then carry it to the location and he doesn't manage your con to doing that in your mind?
I'm doing this in 5 minutes! Thanks!
Thku. I don't eat lobster and never made any kind of seafood before. Just had to make tails for my wife's family. This recipe is great!
Good to hear! It’s pretty easy isn’t it? Thanks for sharing!
This is just amazing! I went to Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse and ordered Lobster and it was 15$ for three pieces of meat and it was the best thing I've eaten! And I thought pizza was the best but not as good as lobster!
Nothing better than 2 slices of grilled rustic bread stuffed with lobster tails and bernaise sauce!
