Im planning to do this for this Christmas Tommorow. Have already put it in the brine today. But a quick question, if i can't do it the for the tomorrow as i planned, is it ok if the chicken stays in the brine in rhe fridge for a day more and i make it day after?
@@shilpadominic5864 Yes, it totally can! Here’s what you do: Preheat your microwave in convection mode at 180°C for about 10 minutes-this step is super important to get that perfect roast. Then, just brine, marinate, and season the chicken like I showed, and place it on the metal rack or in a shallow baking dish (whichever you have). Cook it at 180°C for 40-50 minutes. If you want that gorgeous golden crust, bump it up to 200°C for the last 10 minutes or use the grill function if your microwave has one-it makes all the difference! Finally, let the chicken rest for about 10 minutes before you dive in-it’s the secret to keeping it juicy. Let me know how it turns out, and send me pics if you can! I’d love to see it!

Thanks for your comment! While brining isn’t a new technique, I truly believe it’s what makes the chicken so much more flavorful and evenly seasoned. As for the spices, feel free to get creative and add your own touch, but just be mindful not to go overboard. You want the brine to enhance the overall flavor, not be overpowered by the spices. Balance is key!

Delicious recipe.. I use to cook in a pan on gas with paneer and dry fruits stuffed in berd ( I had learned from chef rohit bahal from NDtv good food) . This is some thing new and awesome recipe.. thanks for sharing dear Nehal .. merry Christmas 🎅🏻😍

The lowest temperature my convection oven goes to is 160 🥲
That’s fine just loosely cover with foil on top and let it cook, the foil is ther just so it doesn’t colour in the beginning
