Great much needed video tutorial.. And it's your humble personality as a hair stylist, for me, because that's what really keeps clients.. Thanks for sharing and I hope that you continue to build your gift and talent.
Beautiful 😍, can you please let me know what’s the best gel to use for wick touch ups , I would like to try the gel you used on this Client, Thanks in advance 😉
Good morning good morning queen I absolutely love your tutorial. I think I’m gonna start doing tutorials as well I just haven’t had enough time to do it like you said in the content of your tutorial.. I am a wick-specialist master barber and lockTitian as well. That is absolutely beautiful work you have done on his wicks only suggestion that I have when you pull the rubber bands out it is repairable you may have to get a three prong….pull that part of the hair out where the indentations are, and then start working it back in to get it nice and round again it is definitely fixable other than that I love your work you’re such a professional very professional, Informative and very humble I love your spirit sis…I’m here in Charleston South Carolina and I am called the wick-chick. Peace Peace
So grateful for your video. Every time I hear the word "crotchet" (thinking about my mom crotching blankets 😂), I get immediately turned off. Now i'm ready to crotchet myself 🤩
Thank you so much for this . the position of the camera was really helpful, and with your instructions were everything to me, it really helped. I already combine unhealthy locs, so after watching this video I realized I knew how to do wicks. How much do you normally charge to start wicks from locs and how much to Maintenace. I pray that you answer

After you finish interlocking the hair do you take the rubber bands off? Or do you dry the hair completely then take the rubber bands out? Like how do you make sure the new growth stays in place after the bands

How long does the touch up usually last before you have to maintenance again
Depends on how fast your hair grows. I’d say 6-10 weeks

Rubber bands are just for special occasions to slick hair down as a nice style, you’re not supposed to sleep in them or keep them in for days.
How much do you charge
Any recommendations on how I can get more practice
