Had the same issue. I just took the thermostat and run without one
I don't recommend using a car without thermostat cuz ur car won't reach it's operating temperature and some car will give u a trouble code
Isn’t it better to have a trouble code always on display than to repetitively overheat the damn thing, end up stuck in gridlock traffic ,fudge another radiator up or wind up having an accident flocking with the damn dash continuously ..watching the needle like a hamhawk ..Groundhog Day Bill Murray every dang day..shit is aggravating as all hell..Many have replaced everything A-Z related to the cooling system on these things as it’s like a second job and the fuckers still wanna overheat..if taking the thermostat out knocks this issue out for some ,🤷♂️fuck it..tempted to pull mine out myself..cars got 289,000 miles on it anyhow 2003, my 01 has only 170,000,what harm can it do? Worse gas mileage maybe? Who specifies that advice? Honda? The same ones that say don’t put anti seize on the sparks plugs for Honda’s which is also pretty stupid advice I find..spark plug for cylinder 2 welded into cylinder and snapped off.. that was fun.. 👎 Never again..ALWAYS at least a small amount of anti seize, fuck what Honda says on that..sometimes people gotta go with what works bro..food for thought, well see how long it takes to digest.
@@damienwillis6068 Thanks a lot for that bro. I’m still running without it. I work from home so gas mileage isn’t really an issue I’ve noticed. It the fam will switch on after about 20 mins of driving. The gage stays mid level while driving but will occasionally rise when stopped, but car won’t over heat. I’m thinking about putting a thermostat in to see if I get different results. When I had one in after replacing the thermostat, I wasn’t getting any coolant getting to the block…causing the gage to shoot up within minutes. My check engine light is on and I’m getting code bank 1 sensor 1 (downstream 02 sensor) which is a bitch to get to. I need to get that sensor off to pass emissions…05 Honda. I reset the code before testing and they told me I hadn’t driven it enough. It’s been a headache
May overheating ngayon saaakyan ko pag idrive ko siya sa mas malayo kunti
Was there a code?
None it was overheating temperature gauge reaches too high especially in the highway they found out there's a radiator leak they replace radiator but still it temperature rise up i diagnosed it it was a faulty ect
Where’s the proof? Your evidence is incomplete. It’s just a guess until you test.
its simple brother the issue is car is overheating thats the complaint of the customer ..So gather evidences that proves or lead to overheating car ..And the evidence that i gather is that the radiator fan wont kick on at the right temp which is between 90 to 98 degree celcius ..and the parts that will trigger ur rad fan to turn on is ur coolant temp sensor which is i believe base on the evidence that i gathered is not working properly
SIRANICO.
He stops rambling at minute 5. Skip and save yourself some frustration.
Ons of the most rubbish car in world
well maybe
All you had to do was feed power from the probe for the fan switch..
what is ur question my freind
