I'm 37 and just got diagnosed. For years I have known something was off but until the last year it wasn't that noticable. I keep telling everyone I am not scared but honestly I am....not for myself but for my wife & kids not being able to rely on me.

Find a parkinson's support group in your area as soon as possible. You are not alone friend. Learn as much about it as you can, and don't be afraid to ask for support. Bless you.

I feel you, I am 26 and my tests yesterday revealed that I have Parkinson. I had minor issues earlier(I was 20 years old) however I ignored then, I realized it was the start.

A plant based diet and raw plant smoothies with herbs and nuts will help.
