I am 49 and have had PD for 8 years. I too, ignored it in the beginning living like I didn't have it. Now, I'm suffering the consequences of my denial and lack of proactive behaviors. I applaud you for taking your life back. I'm beginning my fight today!
Love your inspiration jimmy i have (as soon as I was diagnose with PD whilst on chemo for non curable leukaemia, but treatable.)been working out and doing Tai-chi along with meditation. I’m now 2years down the road but only have a small tremor.I am on tablets. I can’t believe how many people just accept it and go down hill fast. KEEP UP THE INSPIRING PEOPLE YOURS IS THE CORRECT TRACK. ❤
Tears of hope are streaming down my face! Jimmy, you are my inspiration! I am 45. I have PD in an early stage. I have read about you but had not heard your story from you until just now. Wow. You have inspired me and my trajectory is going to be different. I am so grateful to you Jimmy!
April 2021 last covid vaccine shot four days later came down with brain fog August 1st 2021 diagnosed with Parkinson's features. I'm 66 years old. I never heard of Parkinson's before then. Now I live with the daily and I hate it. The worst part is the brain fog. Did the vaccine cause my Parkinson's? My PCP wonders. My movement disorder specialist wonders the same thing. What an inspirational story this is. I hope to follow your advice Jimmy and exercise more. I do have complications from covid-19 long hauler, numb feet and shortness of breath. I don't have my purpose anymore. I believe in God. I pray for some relief. Your hard work shows very well Jimmy.... More power to you sir!
Greeting and WoWs from Indonesia. At the end of the session, my mouth opened and said WOW, WOW,.... I thought this man story got so many comments and applause, but up to now only 27! This kind of story should viral! You are an amazing person who can uplift others who have disease. May the Lord Jesus bless you and give you miracle of total healing. There is nothing impossible for those who believe. I watch this because my dad has PD and am looking for answer. Thanks for your wonderful journey.
Thanks buddy Without a doubt the best I have heard I’m 60 years of age And have Parkinson’s I stopped taking medication I stopped seeing my specialist All I here is negativity Maybe I’m lucky But in my mind I’m getting better Just challenging yourself everyday Is the only cure I know I’d love to share my story But I’m loving listening to your journey Thanks
You are such an inspiration. A few weeks ago I started getting resting tremors in my thumb (I'm only 49) and they have been non-stop. I am scared to death because my father has PD. I'm praying I don't have this disease, but if I do, you gave me some hope that life isn't going to end. Stay strong. Thank you.
Stay strong & walk day to day without worrying too much on the future unknown. Trust in God that He is with you & there are many ways to experience that PD is not the end of our lives.. Jimmy is one living example & inspiring..
Thank you!! You reminded me who I am And why I felt better before i gave up “again” when the pandemic hit and I stopped exercising. It’s time for me to find me and be me again. Thank you again for the inspiration!!
Thank you for sharing this, my Dad has had PD for the past 4 years, and I'm learning to become a better son for him and to better his quality of life in any way possible. Thank you for this motivation to keep helping him even when it seems never ending.
That is awesome!!! Great information!! You put it together do well - brought it back full circle! Thank you, I learned a lot from you, I hope to be an even better coach for people with Parkinson’s here in San Diego.
Wow! Think I might be in around year 2 of 8 here with PD but I fully get what you say about exercise and knowledge and working with it rather than against it. Makes real sense and it's powerful advice. Well done and thank you for posting.
An excellent presentation, and keep up the great work! Very inspirational attitude. Thank you as I have several PA symptoms and have my 1st doctors appointment tomorrow.
I was diagnosed with PD two momths ago my Doctor thinks I am in stage three. The symptoms have been ongoing for about 15-20 years, but very mild. Initially I was told it was essential tremor, then was told it was benign tremulous parkinsonism, next tremor dominant parkinsonism, now over the past few months I am getting worse, the tremor is worse stiffness in my hands is worse, I drop things regularly and then struggle to get on the floor to clean up. I grind my teeth, have problems swallowing, my face feels like I have just walked through a blizzard (stiff and difficult to talk), can't write my name (embarassing) and I spill my beer😊, people comment on this so joking I say "yes but at least I know where I put it down." I love to dance to live rock bands, and I move like there is nothing wrong, must be the beat, by the way I am 70, still a kid at heart. BUT I am scared to death about where I go from here as I am sure others are, but what makes it worse is I live alone in a remote town with no public transport.
Iam 39 years old and I suffered xd-parkinson disease, please help me to overcome this sickness that I have, 3 years that I suffered, please help me to a foundation that helping people with this disease. Thanks

I work a week on and week off schedule. During my week off I I exercise every day and my symptoms almost completely disappear.
Badass!
If I wasn't so lazy the pain I get from PD would not be there, I keep saying every day i'll work out I think I need a work out partner..
Music is my favourite partner. From classical to drums. Start moving to it slowly...
Thank you very much Jimmy! May God bless you!
Yoga!!!
