Man watching these vids is not healthy for me. 😂. I fell in love with this bike in 2021. Told myself it’s my next owned. I was never a fan of fairing bikes I know they be more aerodynamic for the highways but maaan give me my nakeds. Keep pressing on my friend with the posting. I will be living through you for now. Loving it 👍🏾👍🏾
@Cyclevybz I just fitted these parts to my bike. Cheers for the video it made life easier. The instructions for my guard on the EP website says the 6 rubber spacers should be fitted on the front of the guard: "Locate round holes amongst hexagons. Push Rubber Spacer through from the back of the guard so Hexagonal shape sits on the front face." They might have changed the design this year but it may be worth checking as the rubber spacers seem to have been fitted to the securing hole on yours. All the best 👍
Get those sliders people! Mine did arrived a month after the bike purchase but just a few days later my brand new bike got hit by a car. Insurance company covered this but it would be MUCH worse if I hadn’t instaled them. And I had to wait two months for the repair.
@@cyclevybz I have been riding a CB500F, 2014 for the past year as my first bike. So I just got into riding but loving it so far, my bank account a little less. Il have to check out your other videos on the 1000r !
Hey, love the vid; just purchsed my 2024 cb1000r, after looking at the model for the last 7 years. I noticed that you didn't put in; or maybe didn't receive the rubber screw inserts that came with my evotech guard. Guess it really doesn't need them. Good to know! Thanks again!
Thanks for another helpful vid, dude. I got R&G frame sliders for mine that go in the same bolt holes. The directions to say take one bolt out at a time and also put a jack under the oil tank at the bottom to keep the engine from moving during bolt removal. I see you did yours without a jack. Did you experience any misalignment during your install process when taking one bolt out at a time?
Thank you for the information and instruction video !!! Your CB1000R inline-4 sounded great! Has there been any issue with it (i.e. front fork seal showing any sign of leak etc.) ?
I got this bike and looking to put the crash bungs on. Did you support the engine as you took the bolts out? Thanks in advance and loving your videos 👌
You did install frame sliders when bike on the side stand without any problem? Engine not droped or moved some mm? I did so and it moved a lot of which make me big trouble to align the engine with the frame and insert the bolt...

Just got my sliders. Thanks for the great install vids, CycleVybz.
You’re welcome 🤙🏾

Yea, I have to go back to see why I don’t use or need them. I’ve had no issues since the install though
Good video, have a similar unit too, thinking to setup with that frame slider, precious explanation that u made. greatings from Portugal
Greetings and thanks for watching.

Hi, I would like to know the radiator protection behind some rubbers in the video it doesn't show how you put them on

You didn't install your six rubber grommets on the back of the Evotech radiator guard.
I am thinking of getting the frame sliders, but more intended as leg-support on very long rides :)
LOL

No, I didn’t have to.

I installed one at a time with no engine movement.
@@cyclevybz thanks for your reply, I did also one side at a time and used only side stand of bike, but it moved anyway...perhaps my bike is unique :)
Mad, I have the same bike.
