"He’s not to be played with" and you're right. Jimin is one of the main dancers of the group. He started with popping and locking. He went to hip hop academy. He studied contemporary dance in Busan art highschool (and graduated as Top Dancer). He joined street dance battles and won almost every time. He also received a plaque of appreciation from the Cultural Conservation Society for his fan dance at MMA 2018. He's a LEGEND.

Hoseok is the street dancer isn’t he? From what I know he was the one who was in a dance crew before debut and participated in competitions then, he is also the dance leader of the group. Jimin did start with popping and locking and then studied contemporary dance in highschool, though. He’s also got some knowledge of tumbling due partly to his martial arts experience with taekwondo; he is a blackbelt.

For those who don't know Jimin first stage was in 2007 and that means he is dancing since more than 12 years wich is incredible! He learnt many dance styles from contemporary, traditional dance, to popping, freestyle and more. Jimin has a perfect and versatile technique, he can express so many emotions trough his dance, I can feel his soul in every single move. Actually, there are many people. Dad has a friend who works with the management of the movies our my country. 3/4 of the audience were adults who came without kids. And those adults were mostly in their 30s and 40s. Actually demographics show that the biggest part of the fandom is in their 40s.

Hi, thank you for checking out bts and i wanted to answer some of your questions from the video and correct a few comments that aren't true.
- BTS have 3 rappers and 4 vocalists who are all equally talented and each has a unique style of their own, they have solo songs within the group albums and they all release their own solo projects as well, be it self produced/written songs or full albums.
- The rules of american boy bands do not apply to BTS, they do not have a JT of the group and their choreography is always tailored in a way to create a spotlight on whoever is singing/rapping at that moment in the song. So they all shine.
- Out of the 7 members, 3 were dancers before joining the group. 1 was a hiphop dancer specifically in popping, locking and krump (he's their dance leader and contributes his own choreography sometimes) and another was a contemporary dancer who also learned hip hop dance and multiple martial arts.
- The fanbase (called ARMY) is huge! Very diverse in ages, ethnicities, genders, professions and backgrounds. Biggest portion of the fans are actually 20 to 40 years old with a sizable number of fans between 40 to 70 (no exaggeration). I myself am 33.
- The write most of their songs themself and 90% of the time it's not love songs, their lyrics focus on social commentary, equality, self love, depression, psychological theories, and much more.
- They are above all loved for their lyrics and quality music, relatability, genuineness and kindness as people and amazing live performances where they sing/rap and dance live at the same time.
- Just to show you how big and active their fandom is, you can checkout the hashtag #MatchAMillion and #MatchTheMillion on Twitter, where ARMY managed to raise $1M to donate to BLM in less than 24 hrs to match the million that the members of BTS donated to one of the BLM organizations.

jimin is a beast of a performer and dancer, he belongs to stage and it is absolutely impossible to resist his magnetic pull. he elevates so much of the choreos bts has since from the very start of their career with the skills he obtained from his dedication and love for dancing. he is especially known for his background in street dance(hip hop- popping- locking) to variety forms of modern dancing( korean traditional- ballet- contemporary) so the result of his professional classical training with individual interests in dance styles has birthed a style that can only ever be called jimin's and his assets as a skilled performer doesn't end here as he also trained in martial arts (the origin of his perfect executions of aeriels) which was most oftenly has been showcased in early choreos of bts to further interest public with impressive skills not many other singers has. unsurprisingly from such a man full of talent the charisma he oozes with an unmatched aura it is not an overstatement to compliment his deadliest weapon : his stage presence. he stands out nevertheless of his position in a dance formation, he kills the audience with a single glance, he is confident and it shows in the way he carries his own body which is one of the many factors of his sexiness, he also is never out of energy while performing I mean he has great stamina but his respect and love for stage is shown as he never rests or looks tired as he embodies every song with neverending passion. I hope my little essay could paint even a speck of the artist jimin we all treasure.
Kpop idols can dance and sing at the same time. Part of their practice/workout routine is to do breathing exercises and cardio while singing. They will also use a backtrack so their voices sound more stable.

They always sing live whenever they perform. They were trained for years before their debut to be able to do so. 12-16 hrs practice a day to master the craft. Now, 7 years into their career, they're practically pros

They sing with a microphone in their hands while dancing as well (which is amazing), and they also preform with head mics. They sing, dance, rap, produce, write, choreograph, each having a their thing they do within the group. They dont have a specific target age range because lots of older and younger people listen to them from all parts of the world. They’re global. Their message spreads positivity, true meaning of an icon.

I've only known BTS from Twitter for the last 2 years, but didn't hear a song until this year (and now call myself a fan). The only name I recognized over and over again, was Jungkook, and he was the only one I could point out. So at least in America, he (and I think also J Hope) trended a lot. Jimin is awesome! But I didn't know he existed until I started learning about the group.

BTS, and other kpop groups, are trained to sing and dance live. There are 4 vocalists (V, Jimin, Jungkook, and Jin), there are 3 rappers, (RM, J-hope and SUGA) and there are 4 members in the dance line (V, Jimin, J-hope, and Jungkook). Total of 7 members. The best way to see their full abilities is to watch their live performances.

Bts fans come in shapes and size and passion for music and dance, and age range is 4 to 75. I'm 38 and love them, but what hooked me in the beginning was the dancing. Just clean, smooth, tight and formations that make your heart sing. Just the amount and effort put into making one dance seem flawless, how could you not like them and want to watch more. Plus fact that they do this while singing and dancing. Bts has a lot of dance content so welcome down the rabbit hole we are so happy to have you and army will waiting on the other side. I 💜 you
The age demographic for bts is actually all age groups, You got your babies bopping to their music, teens, young adults and even the older generations. Their concerts are some of the most diverse in that category than most artist to date!
*Bts Is south Korean group, this days people prefer don't mix them with kpop. Kpop is just a label to say that everything that comes out of Korea is that (false) bts is not considered kpop because of its great repertoire of genres and that it does not follow the same line of the kpop industry.
1. They are 7, 4 vocalist, 3 rappers (2 underground rappers) all dancers
2. Bts compose and produce their own music, so is very personal, they talk about mental health, politics, society, their fans, self love, etc
3. They have a story behind their videos so is difficult to new people understand, we (the armys) used to read a several books and study set, philosophy, psychology and mythology to understand. Their last album for example was "map of the soul: 7" and is inspired by the psychologist book the map of the soul by Jung.
4. The army love them because they are good people who through a lot of bad things to be where they are now, and even being famous they stay humble.
5. They have a lot of genres but their base is very hiphop / rap. Also you can find subtitles in every possible language thanks to the fans, u only need to search with the name of the song.
**Bts always present themselves as a Korean group, and always said they don't want to be labeled in a genre or industry. The fans also do not want to be mixed with kpopers, (most of us aren't kpop fans) we don't have the same ideals

They are the whole package, a talented and hard working group of individuals who can sing, rap, dance, produce and write songs with deep meaningful lyrics and a powerful message of self love. Yes, they do sing live when they perform - they usually have a low-volume backing track, but you can definitely hear that they are singing live. They are incredible performers, they write and produce their own music and are great story-tellers - both through lyrics and their choreo. There are several choreographers they have worked with, but do have their own input sometimes. I do want to make one correction though - the majority of their fanbase is not teens, but 20's-30's, there are also quite a lot of 40+ fans as well. Their great dancing may pull you in, but there is so much more to them!

Yes that is honestly the best way to put it. They are 7 trained male Beyoncé’s who can hold stable singing set after set for hours during concerts. Who write and produce their own music, and can even choreograph and film as well. Also the age group is the most diverse age wise. The majority of the fandom is actually in their 20s-40s. You really have to throw away everything you know about the music industry when it comes to BTS
the BTS army can vary from differnt ages all the way to 70 n above thats the beauty of these guys, their music its so influential. If u watch their music videos with subtitles u can find depth and meaning in their lyrics. These guys have been voted as one of the most influential bands cuz their music motivates us to love ourselves no matter what our age grp, caste or gender is.

How to tell the members apart:
RM: has a deep ass voice, tallest one, has big dimples when smiling, fourth oldest, fashionista, Smart af, clumsy af, vote him for president tho, meh at cooking
Jin: Squishy cheeks, perky lips, sharp eyebrows, usually wears to stand out from the others, voice sounds like honey, gets angry a lot but not for long, oldest, CHEF
Suga: usually has a bowl cut when it isn’t styled, eyes are very slit, gummy smile, deepish tired voice, looks cold at first till he becomes a happy boi, second oldest, knows how to cook
Jhope: always messing around, until he get angry or is teaching dance choreo, cannot do high notes, head tilts, very hip, third oldest, has deepish voice but he can squeal, still learning to cook
Jimin: Short (dont tell him I said that), voice goes higher than the sky, floofy, sassy, very charismatic, very kind, until you make him angry, third youngest, has fun cooking
Taehyung: Very unique facial expression, voice goes deeper than the ocean AND higher than the sky, super duper floofy, snuggly, fashionista, second youngest, would rather eat than cook
Jungkook: Tries hard to be the Golden boi, voice is smooth as silk and flows like a river, baby (youngest), but he acts like Tae’s older bro cuz he can, does whatever he wants when cooking

Idk if anyone mentioned this but BTS is broken up into ‘lines’ such as rappers (3) and singers (4), and while they’re all great dancers only 4 are part of a dance line that was originally 3. The original line was Jimin a singer aka the one referred as JT and he has an extensive background in dancing as many have pointed out, Jungkook a singer and the youngest member (who was sent to the US to train because he lacked feeling) but has become one of the best, and Jhope a rapper who has a background in street dancing and has great skills (he’s usually the one to learn the choreography the quickest and helps teach the other members). The newest dance line addition was V who is a singer (he was always a good dancer but he showed growth and when he released his solo Singularity in 2018 he was added to the dance line). The three members I didn’t mention are RM (rapper and leader), Suga (rapper), and Jin (singer) who have grown a lot in skill but just aren’t considered the main/lead dancers and usually won’t do choreo for solo work (although Suga did in Seesaw). They do many live performances while singing and have bomb dance breaks... hopefully you’ll do another video on them and check out a better range of their work. Easiest to Hardest BTS choreo’s is great but definitely should check out their live performances as it gives you a better perspective of their overall performance... my favorite is Top 9 iconic BTS performances ( ua-cam.com/video/KxJctCaOodI/v-deo.html ) it doesn’t have any really recent performances that were amazing but it does have up to early 2019 I believe

the age actually spans wide throughout all ages not just teenage girls. I'm 23 linguistics major and they really helped me out when i was down. They put 110% into their work and craft and you can really see it, check out some more dances!

They're not all singing at once so they're able to share the vocals to give the others a break. There are rest steps in their choreo. BTS is a 7 member group. Their fans are from ALL ages, there is no age category for army. They have songs of all genres. To answer your question on when you said if they sang while dancing live, Yes, they do sing while they are dancing. Bts train for HOURS a day and by hours i mean 10-13 a day and more hours, and before they used to practice even more which was for about 12-16 hours a day. They actually work with many well known choreographers, including a regular dance training team that helps them train in the choreography. BTS, mainly J Hope definitely offer feedback and may add choreo, but I don't think they even choreograph their solo dances.

BTS aren't your typical boyband. They don't just do poppy songs about love and all that shit. They have songs in so many genres and the majority of their songs are talking about serious and relateable topics such as school, politics, mental health, self love etc.
Their fandom is the biggest and most diverse fandom in the world and I'm not exaggerating. They have fans from all over the world, different races, ages and genders.
They weren't always this big, they started off with very low budget and their company was very small and near bankruptcy . They experienced (and still do) so many hardships and unnecessary hate.. but they didn't give up and look where they are now. They're one of the biggest artists in the whole world.
If you're interested in learning more about these amazing boys i recommended to watch bts crash course 2020 to learn about how diverse their fandom is and some of their achievements and nobodies to legends (2019) to get an idea of where they come from, and then watch who is bts: the seven members of bangtan to learn their names and backgrounds.

The rap line are as good as eachother because they all have a different rapping style. Some may say RM is the best rapper because his style is the most appealing to them whereas others may have a different opinion and say Yoongi/J-hope is the best rapper, same goes with the dance line and vocal line, hope that makes sense.

30 year old ARMY here 🖐 The fandom is quite diverse and YES they sing live and dance just as hard. They are actually pretty terrible at lip syncing when they are forced to for MVs and such 😂 You should watch a live performance, it’s awe inspiring
