I think they all have both strengths and weaknesses that stem from Big Mom's personality. Zeus is caring but naive Prometheus is fierce but aggressive and temperamental Napoleon is intelligent but socially inept Hera is charismatic but arrogant
I think for the part where big mom can see how much "battery is left" she may be able to only do a best guess. As when Zepo and Pedro were with big mom it was stated that big mom took "More than Zepo had left" which means she may only be able to sorta see the amount and judge that. Sorta like when you guess how much drink youve got left in a can by picking it up.
I think the homies not disappearing when Big Mom loses conciousness like Sugar's toy can be attributed to Big Mom being stronger and more well trained with her devil fruit than Sugar. Sugar is a 22 year old stuck in the body of a 10 year old while Big Mom is 68, she has had her fruit for over 60 years and she is a yonko.
I feel like the thing with Big mom's and the Yonkos is that even without their fruits they would still be some of the strongest SOBs in one piece. Maybe not to the point of Yonkos lvl but at least first mate of Yonkos. I just thought you might find it interesting because Oda never gives actual dates in one piece. The day was June 21, 1120. I also confirmed that it’s canon from the mange chapter 228.
I could totally imagine Totland as a setting for a game. Sanji could be the major player character put through training and trials to ensure he can serve the family well. Pudding and Mont D'or could pair up for how to save progress. Katakuri could offer guidance on observation haki. Chopper could work on healing the player. Jinbei could have whole underwater exploration missions.
