Rated E game so it'll boost their company dbd on the other hand is Rated T game with a small community but is cross platform and has complaints here and there of bugs and perks and killers being too op if they can destroy a swf team easily
My guess for her power is that she'll summon wells like the Demo summons those rifts and it'll just be a similar mechanic overall. I remember hearing somewhere that they are gonna release someone similar to the Demo so players that never got the chance to get him won't feel cheated or left out, and she could fit the bill very well

Sadako/Samara is the reason why I stopped watching TV since I was a kid, as I was growing up, I grew to love the character even though she terrifies me, and she's the reason why I love Japanese Spirits and Yokais more than any other Spirits from the West.
Yeah she makes no sound besides the phone ringing and some dialogue in the American films, that’s The Grudge but they need to add The Grudge now soon after this chapter just because of Sadako V Kayako. Sadako is going to be so creepy to hear her toenails and fingernails, that are ripped out, scrape against the ground as she comes at you either out of the well or the tv.
Yeah I don't see her working right. She'd be nerfed too hard. She's scary af because she's going to kill you, you can't outrun her and you definitely can't fight her. Pallet stunning her would feel so weird but the devs don't care so
@Rafael Silva not really, Samara's abilities are quite different as well as her look. The only similarities they have are video tape, phone call, and coming out of a TV.
I feel like she's going to be really underpowered. Who even watches VHS tapes anymore? Heck, I don't even answer my phone when it rings. I think she's going to spend every round grumping in her well because no one will contact her.
I've never watched the ring before but is their other potential killers in the movies? Because if their is then there's a possibility that they'll go for them since as you said her power would be really weak
@@nomaidens5734 this is based on the original japanese version and Sadako has psychic abilities, alongside having an infectious side i won't spoil... getting out of the TV would be part of her movement but it wouldn't be the only part of her power.
Bet the killer can teleport like demogorgon except the well cannot be destroyed and located randomly around the map. Unless there's something that survivors can block the tunnel for temporary. Can't wait to see the power and the perks x3
I am excited for this. Not sure if they will follow the Japanese novel or the movie, in terms of Sadako's powers/skills in DbD. The novel has a sci-fi aspect to it, while the movie takes more on the horror side...
I’ve never seen them Take so long to come out with a chapter. It’s usually they announce it, two weeks later it’s playable on pc, then console gets it 2 weeks after that. This is taking months
This was the best thing that could of happened today- I hope we get a legendary skin for the killer and maybe survivor for the remake, both films are phenomenal and great in their own respect.

So many questions!! Hypothesis I think her ability will have to do something sort of like the pigs where survivors will be forced to watch the video and that might be her natural slow down ability to a game as survivors have to cover up wells or else they will die from the video. And she can also go through wells? Who knows we’ll see.
I can just imagine a bunch of phones scattered around the map ringing at random intervals and a Well spawned randomly on the map as well. It could be a mix of the pig, plague, and Demogorgon with a bit of Freddie's "realm shifting" and a bit of hags/cenobite's teleportation with her being able to be summoned with conditions.
I've been asking for Samara for literally years and now it looks like it's finally happening! Though if this is based on Ringu, it might not be Samara (the name of the ghost girl for the US remake "The Ring") but Sadako Yamamura, the name of the ghost girl in the original Japanese version. Either way, hell yeah! Looking forward to this!

Sadako/Samara is the reason why I stopped watching TV since I was a kid, as I was growing up, I grew to love the character even though she terrifies me, and she's the reason why I love Japanese Spirits and Yokais more than any other Spirits from the West.
I hope it's Sadako we're getting due to them using "Ringu" instead of "The Ring".
It is Sadako, I've been looking at info about it and the devs have stated that they're using the novel and original movie as source

Yeah she makes no sound besides the phone ringing and some dialogue in the American films, that’s The Grudge but they need to add The Grudge now soon after this chapter just because of Sadako V Kayako. Sadako is going to be so creepy to hear her toenails and fingernails, that are ripped out, scrape against the ground as she comes at you either out of the well or the tv.

I've never watched the ring before but is their other potential killers in the movies? Because if their is then there's a possibility that they'll go for them since as you said her power would be really weak

getting out of the TV would be part of her movement but it wouldn't be the only part of her power.

I’ve never seen them Take so long to come out with a chapter. It’s usually they announce it, two weeks later it’s playable on pc, then console gets it 2 weeks after that. This is taking months

Hypothesis I think her ability will have to do something sort of like the pigs where survivors will be forced to watch the video and that might be her natural slow down ability to a game as survivors have to cover up wells or else they will die from the video. And she can also go through wells? Who knows we’ll see.

I can just imagine a bunch of phones scattered around the map ringing at random intervals and a Well spawned randomly on the map as well. It could be a mix of the pig, plague, and Demogorgon with a bit of Freddie's "realm shifting" and a bit of hags/cenobite's teleportation with her being able to be summoned with conditions.
I've been asking for Samara for literally years and now it looks like it's finally happening! Though if this is based on Ringu, it might not be Samara (the name of the ghost girl for the US remake "The Ring") but Sadako Yamamura, the name of the ghost girl in the original Japanese version.
Either way, hell yeah! Looking forward to this!
