    I can cope up my stress and anxiety that I am experiencing in this time of pandemic by getting myself and mind busy on things that is worth to do.I do household chores together with my siblings and we enjoyed it.During my online and modular class,I make sure that I get to finish all my activities for the day.My free time isn't just a free time for me because I use it for family bonding,we play board games or sit and watch video while eating snacks.I never stuck my mind and my body doing nothing because I don't want to feel anxious and stressed being always inside the house and not going out to be with friends and relatives.Besides there are way to connect to the outside world nowadays.Let us free our on what worthy things to do in this time of pandemic.

    QUESTION:
    How can you cope up with stress & anxiety you're experiencing because of the pandemic?
    ANSWER:
    I can cope up with stress & anxiety because of the pandemic by doing the following:
    First, praying for God's protection, guidance, strength & grace, so I can survive the so called new normal. Second, my family's support & love is another source of will to move forward with life despite, the impact of the pandemic. Third, to stay at home & practice social distancing, while keeping myself busy doing useful things. Fourth, follow health protocols, to keep me safe & to have a positive mind set. Fifth, proper exercise & diet, to strengthen my immune syatem. Sixth, spend quality time with my loved ones, during these troubled times.
    The greatest battle against this pandemic is overcoming oneself. Just always remember that after every storm is a golden rainbow.

    For me,anxiety attack me especially for days where we have many submission to do,What I do is I reserve 10 mins every hour of class to meditate or relax my self.Sometimes I will talk with my brother or watch scroll on the social media just to release my self from the stack of unfinished works,after that I will be doing the task again.Also I pray every morning for the guidance from God to help me pass everything I need to do.

    These are the reasons or ways for me to be able to cope up with stress and anxiety:
    • By getting a little rest
    • By communicating with my family and friends
    • I keep my body healthy
    • I often watch anime and kdrama when I have time
    • I always listen to music especially kpop songs (BTS,SVT,Twice,TXT,En- etc.). Their songs help me to relax and have a peaceful mind. I feel loved and special when I listen to their songs.
    • I also watch some funny kpop videos to help me lessen my tiredness.
    • I also don’t let myself to be piled up with tasks. If got piled up,I always try to reduce my tasks.
    By doing these,I am able to cope up with stress and anxiety. Thank you po

    To avoid stress and anxiety i will do exercise regularly. Take my vitamins daily to boost my immune system.Eat healthy foods ang get enough sleep.Reading books and i will practice a proper time management for my studies

    -We can cope up with the stress and anxieties we are experiencing because of the pandemic by having a break and breathe for a while. Then think of the things you must do first to avoid feeling overwhelming of the things you must do.

    How can you cope up with the stress and anxiety you're experiencing because of the pandemic?
    There is a lot of things that has happened these days that we are in the pandemic, we feel stress and anxiety due to the piles or stocks of problems that we are experiencing, especially that we are in pandemic. Here are my (7) seven ways of coping up with all the stress and anxiety that I encounter every each day.
    1. I exercise regularly or daily in the morning, I make sure that I am physically fit.
    2. When I have a problem, I communicate with my family. I tell my problems to my family, because I know that I will feel comfortable or relaxed when I say it to them and so we can solve it.
    3. I free myself from stresses and depression by Meditating or reflecting myself from what I have done in the whole week.
    4. I think of a way how to solve my problems, so that I can prevent myself getting stressed.
    5. I make myself busy by Watching in our TV or Television, by playing sports, by listening to musics and by reading books, references and many more.
    6. I also eat a lot, especially different vegetables and fruits, it does not only improve my physical body, but it also improves the way I think or it also improves my mind.
    7. I try to be positive, even though there are problems, because being positive means having a good mental health.
    Remember that improving your mind is improving your health or your body. Don't be negative always be positive, there is a hope a head of us.

    ★ To cope with Stress and Anxiety at these times i usually take breaks off of social media and stop doing continuous classwork and studies. I go outside for a good 40 minutes just to get fresh air. Getting enough sleep and food is something that refreshes my memory and gives me energy for the day. I try not to drain myself and give myself positive thoughts. Communicating with others and staying in touch is also something i do to reduce stress and anxiety..

    How can you cope with stress and anxiety you're experience because of the pandemic ?
    The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major effect on our lives. Many of us are facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Public health actions, such as social distancing, are necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but they can make us feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety so this is how I'm i coping with the pandemic
    Healthy Ways to Cope with Stress
    Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including those on social media. It’s good to be informed, but hearing about the pandemic constantly can be upsetting. Consider limiting news to just a couple times a day and disconnecting from phone, tv, and computer screens for a while.
    Take care of your body.
    Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditateexternal icon.
    Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals.
    Exercise regularly.
    Get plenty of sleep.
    Avoid excessive alcohol, tobacco, and substance use.
    Continue with routine preventive measures (such as vaccinations, cancer screenings, etc.) as recommended by your healthcare provider.
    Get vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine when available.
    Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy.
    Connect with others. Talk with peopleexternal icon you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.

    Answer:
    First to cope my stress due to pandemic, I always pray to God because I believe that he is our savior.

    Question: How can you cope up with anxiety and the stress you're experiencing because of the pandemic?
    My Answer: In order for me to cope up with the stress and anxiety im expiriencing during this pandemic, ill entertain myself by playing online games(not too much though), watching entertaining and funny videos, read some books or magazines, play with my relatives, talking to my friends using online apps, listen to nice, calming or cool music, by eating delicious snacks, watch movies with my family, thinking positively, taking a break after doing works, and always pray. These can help me be relieved and calm.
