What were you smoking I want some of that LOL 0.68 was a price I remember seeing in 20 years ago in Vancouver BC. I don't even recall Alberta having this price.
Government has blocked and paid out millions for breaking contracts to stop more refineries being built . Mind you there are 18 refineries in Canada that can produce about 2 million barrels a day. I guess that is not enough. Logistically, it seems to make sense to pipe it to America to refine it where wages are significantly lower than Canadian wages. Sure its nice to have a $20ish living wage, but that also means everything else gets more expensive to cover that increase. Between that and the forced multilingual labels to make one racist province happy, drives jobs and opportunites out of Canada

$1.40 is still way too high lol It should be under $1
Canadian oil isn't profitable with low oil prices.
It’s gone down? Haven’t noticed, seems the same to me
Still very very high prices for gas
Would be way lower without the carbon tax.
How can people be happy when just four years ago we were paying.68/L shake your heads and stop being Trudeau's sheep.

@@Loseinpoker In Winnipeg in 2019 gas here WAS .68L and yes I only smoke the best.
The only time gas was that low was during initial covid lockdown days, otherwise the average price for gas was .95/L during winter, pre-covid.
@@eknoorsinghM Wrong answer, that's the liberal media lie. Trump opened up drilling throughout the US.
amazingly climbed up to around 1.57 here for the long weekend. Overall still too high
Troubling factors like politicisation.
Canada has soo much oil these gas prices make no sense. Would it hurt Canada to build more refineries ?
We sell a ton of it to America, along with our lumber nickel and diamonds
Our oil is expensive tor refine - we need the high cost/barrel for it to be profitable/prosperous to our economy.

WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!
Looks likes it went back up
More people switching to electric will increase supply of gas, thus driving prices lower
make a news when its below $1
They just lowered it i think because of the recent issues with the government lol... hahaha

A win for Trudeau.
With the carbon rebates regular folks are only actually paying something like $1.25/litre.
they shouldn't be a carbon tax to begin with, you Dumbphuck.
If you love the price so much, buy mine.
