I bought Japanese candy for months! Japanese candy is the best and there are soooo many snack boxes you can buy with different themes and stuff. I got one that included a drink in each box so you could try different sodas and stuff. And another box came with a comic in each box to teach you Japanese.

licorice, since its very popular here and i highly doubt you will love it :P there is not many ppl from outside of scandinavian who loves it.
Ahab93 I thought Licorice was just a Finnish thing, my Finnish friend has licorice everything, let him use my apartment once when I was away and as a thank you he left me some Finnish chocolate. Too much licorice, but appreciated :D.

Furthermore, to me the best licorice is the Calabrian (Italy) licorice-liquirizia, as we call it. The climate is perfect for it, and needs 0% of sweeteners or any other kind of additives, to make it taste the way it tastes. Pure natural flavour, imho the best!
Ive seen them in scandinavian countries, here in Lithuania, in Italy. You just dont hear about it often cuz if you like it then others look at you all weird.
@@helios6379 I still have a pack of Saila liquiriza purissima from my time in Venice!! Some of my friends liked it a lot, others said I was trying to poison them. As for me, when an italian colleague of mine offered some I got 3 pieces dropped on my hand - endured it and kinda enjoyed it for like 10 minutes but then it was just too much XD

I have a question for you, can you hear yourself when you laugh or make noise or is your hearing loss so severe that you can't even hear your own voice? Can you hear the sound of the crinkling of the bags or no? Your brother talked a little. Is he deaf, too? But you hardly talk except for those talking to Siri videos and she didn't understand most of what you were saying to her. When you think, do you think in sign? Hearing people think with a voice in your head, but born deaf people don't. Were you born deaf? If someone blew an air horn behind you, like those on trucks and trains, would you be aware of it? Or, if you were led to a loud concert blindfolded would you be aware there was music playing?
As a hard of hearing person myself who goes to a deaf school, I can say that all deaf people do not have complete hearing loss. If they are completely deaf like she is she probably has a remaining percentage of her hearing because (depending on the person). Her brother is probably not deaf (I'm assuming bc he can speak) but he probably knows ASL just like the rest of her family because she is deaf. Actually in fact deaf people do think in voice and sign. I know ASL and I can say that sometimes I think in ASL and in a voice. She probably cant hear her own voice because she is DEAF and deaf people cant hear voices of other people including themselves. Depending on the deaf person they can hear high pitches or low pitches. No, deaf people do not talk that's why she doesnt talk in her videos. I hope this give you some answers about your questions. I dont know her case but as a hard of hearing person I know because I talk to deaf people on a daily basis. Hope this clears stuff up for you! :)

Keelan is deaf but uses his voice and Cheyenna chooses not to use her voice. I lost my hearing 8 yrs ago in my late 20s misdiagnosed with pre leukemia and I'm now BILATERALLY deaf, I can't hear anything. I don't hear myself laughing or crying but I feel the vibration. Hope this makes sence and helps. I have had one cochlear implant surgery and really don't like the sound from cochlear but I need it to communicate, if I had been born deaf I wouldn't have bothered with having a cochlear implant. I'm from Australia and not many people sign.
