Right out of the gate, YOU'RE THE WORST was one of the most uncomfortable, cringeworthy, hard-to-watch, hard-NOT-to-watch, painfully identifiable shows in recent history (for me, anyway). And much like, LEGION & KILLING EVE, the moments that left the biggest impression on me were those that ended in a black screen & a song like this. So perfect...
yea they did, so its not theirs in the first place. this song is way more complex though, and doesnt even have the same chords, even when matched up with the key. i cant put my finger on why it sounds like creep, but i think its the way the singing part is structured with the pauses sounds like it.
I don't know why but at times this song sounds to me kind of like a speeded up version of "N.Y I love you, but your bringing me down" (am I the only one who feels that way?) But great song nonetheless.

You know I would have loved it if after Jimmy seemingly left, Gretchan walked to Boone's door and find Jimmy gone, she would start walking away from Boone's home. That would have been a perfect ending for this season (just my thought).
