I saw them live on Dec 1977 in my hometown Sao Paulo,Brazil and I remember at the finale of the show they allowed us to come on the stage,it was magical for a 17 year old boy that was mesmerized by their performance
Thank you so much @@riorich - I always wondered! My dad would visit Philadelphia all the time and was a massive fan of Swing, Jazz, and The Trammps as well. I am very familiar with Pittsburgh and a few towns near there but I did not make it to Philly. Makes me want to visit one day! Blessings.
A simply awesome video of the TRAMMPS in their prime doing a live show. Two legends, Jimmy Ellis and Earl Young and the rest of the band. great horn section, Love the choreography. I saw them many times in Cherry Hill at Some Place Else, the home of the Trammps, where they filmed the Disco Inferno video Fantastic !!
It was many years ago thee Trammps where playing in a club in Cape Cod. I had jumped on stage and sang this song with them. I will never forget that night.
I've heard that this is one of the concerts where they were very tired and they were not in good shape but even with that now is something that no one wants to miss !!!
I am exhausted just watching this. For some reason (probably due to time limitations on the show), they did both songs very sped up, and it is no wonder they are tired.
THE GUITARIST WITH THE PAINTED FACE LOOKS OUT OF PLACE. SHOULDA BEEN SENT TO PARLIAMENT/FUNKADELIC. LOL. THAT ASIDE, THE TRAMMPS WERE BOSS. THIS DURNG THE TIME OF ACTUAL BANDS PLAYING ACTUAL INSTRUMENTS. FANTASTIC HORNS, RIGHT UP THERE WITH TOWER OF POWER

The 60's and 70's were the best. They don't make music like this anymore.
Greatest Disco song of ALL - TIME. ( Original Recording)
Es war eine geile Zeit mit viel toller Musik ohne ständige (politisch betriebene) Rassismus-Gedanken wie heute. Danke an die "schwarzen" Musiker!
The good old days ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Disco-soul at its best, exceptional musicianship.
So nice to hear a band without auto-tune. Just Fantastic. And btw, that is me the slightly tanned gent playing keyboards LOL; Well, I can dream...🤣
Ha, ha, the guy on the keyboards is Edward Cermanski.

John 3:16
Because there will be an ETERNAL inferno if you die without Jesus....
Jesus is a symbol of evils and devils. Cross is sign of death.
