Not only was that a beautiful home but the production value was top notch. I had to subscribe great job Mr. Hunt. A few things I would add would be a organic garden and I would have UA-camr Greg the pond guy come in and add a natural swimming pond.

I like you sugar, but this house.....faux wood beams, vinyl flooring, and vinyl 7 inch floor boards. I've seen many Grand Homes here in TX, but any Master less than 25 x 20 is not Grand. The Media Room, Game Room, and Family Room are all bigger than the Master.
I've noticed that bedrooms are getting smaller. The average bedroom size is 11 x 12. Not everyone hangs their TV on the walls so how do you fit two night stands, a dresser, a TV stand, and a king size bed in a room of 17 x 15?
For $2.3M I need the whole wing of the house as my Master retreat, especially if I am going to be spending $43K+ per year in taxes....
The house is nice, but once you look at the house and think about it functionally you start to see the flaws. Keep up the great work sugar 😘

Great home design and decor! Absolutely love the upgrade fireplace & mantel. Windows in the bathroom shower stall, A+!!! Natural exhaust prevents mold/mildew & future headaches😃. I believe I counted a total of 4 ovens..I'm already Hosting & Entertaining in my head😆. Let's see...Rack of Lamb, Bone in Roast Beef, a Couple Racks of Ribs, 2 or 3 whole birds! This house is off the chain, hook & shelves. I just love the open concept and the kitchen is just beautiful.
The master bedroom is beautiful but I would put a fireplace in. The blue & white just does something to a bedroom. I would have the house wired for sound with some smooth jazz and a glass of wine and just chill by the pool. Beautiful home❤❤❤

Very very nice the pool could have been bigger with slide added ...and with the space beyond pool I would add garage for a RV and garage for working on vehicle and motorcycle with bike and vehicle lift as well tire changer and industrial compressor which could be multi purposely used for painting and using pneumatic tools etc all heated of course...loved your tour...

Let me ask you this, for a person safety in potentially purchasing a home of the stature shown....in the remaining slots 18 you indicated will those homes in said area be gated community with armed police manning gates ? Or you just do primarily homes that are within the HOA an open to public to access ? And what are the pros and cons as well drawbacks of being in an HOA or not being one from your perspective ? Thanks.
