In my last video, many people pointed out a bad habit of mine, which is excessively circling around my main area of focus when explaining something, which can cause motion sickness. I truly apologize for that. Since some of this video was recorded before I received that feedback, I had to patch some of it with static images, which you might notice. This will be exclusive to this video, and I will do my best to correct this bad practice in the future. In the meantime, I hope it compensates for it and you receive the information you were looking for without too much disturbance.
I am gonna steal this one! Muahaha...jk 10/10 great video, excellent explanation, short but informative, awesome redstone design May I borrow this one and give you credit if I made an aesthetic version?
your explanation of QC (and the iron door thing) makes SOOO much sense why it exists. Hell I much actually be able to utilize QC in one of my (absolutely awful) redstone builds with that visualization of it
Since you seem to come up with innovative ways of doing stuff, here's a little challenge; a selectable dual input hopper minecart unloader ! Usage; Item distributors (similar to "Savannah" made famous by MumboJumbo, but opposite...). Function; Select either A or B with a lever, deposit items in the input chest... the hopper minecart will ONLY pickup the amount selected and then leave. Not a single item more or less. Usefulness; shop gifts on servers (send X amount of items to people), item distributors (for furnace areas for example, could hit the lever if you use bamboo sticks or charcoal, it would either get 1 item or 8 to smelt), etc. Bonus points if it is as small as possible and use as little quartz as possible!
It’s an interesting idea, and I have a pretty good visualization of how I would approach it. However, I’m currently invested in multiple projects, so I’ll keep it on the shelf for now. Also, I’m not sure which video you’re referring to. Could you clarify?
@@ziprano Eh? Pardon me? I didn't mention a video, unless you are refering to the Sahara from MumboJumbo... it was a shop they had made in Hermitcraft, which would sell you X amount of items per diamond... Otherwise, I don't know which video you are talking about, as I didn't mention anything else
Dispensers have QC cause they were the original block with the bug, Droppers have QC because they are dispensers with a funny hat (they just bypass the item specific dispense logic by always using the default).
@Minecraft_Crossroads I believe that after about 5mins, all your furnaces will be overflowing. You can also tweak the clock repeaters to make it even faster if you ever need it to
Not really, I started the build with the coral blocks so it was a way to keep then from dying and I just kept it this way. You can tweak it a little and it will work just as fine.
Water physics behave the same so you could probably create a tweaked design that works similarly on bedrock. But yeah, no QC so it would be anoying to link up.

I have the same problem lol
You just hit 1k and deserved so lemme add. Youre videos are great. Add 1 up to that 1k.
ditto

Of course, go for it
Amazing design, amazing breakdown of sea pickle spread mechanics, water mechanics and QC's origin. All in all a well deserved 1k subs.

Comgrats on hitting 1k! o7
Really neat design 👌
i dont need this, but i still appreciate the work that went into this.
nice design, congrats on 1k
Nice video. (-;
It would be even better if you include how many pickles you can make per hour and how much bone meal it will consume.
Nice, need to add that farm to my industrial zone
nice design. I remember seeing something very similar in a ilmango video

FINALLY
I didn’t know droppers and dispensers had qc

Wouldn't a shifting floor be a better idea than firing pistons?
with a shifting floor, the collection streams would be harder to link up.
I have not noticed if you mentioned the exact rates of the farm anywhere, so would you like elaborate on that? I want to add an autosmelter.
@@Minecraft_Crossroads The rates dont really matter as it produces more sea pickles than your furnace arrays can contain so the rates are "enough".
@@ziprano So you think that 64 furnaces won't be able to smelt all the pickles which came from your farm design?
@Minecraft_Crossroads I believe that after about 5mins, all your furnaces will be overflowing. You can also tweak the clock repeaters to make it even faster if you ever need it to
Is there a reason why you placed the waterlogged leaves underneath the coral blocks and not where the stained glass is?
Not really, I started the build with the coral blocks so it was a way to keep then from dying and I just kept it this way. You can tweak it a little and it will work just as fine.
Will this work in bedrock 1.21? Will you do a tutorial?
Bump
Is it work in Bedrock Edition????
there is no QC in bedrock so it wouldnt work. Timings would also probably be off

Who gives a f ?
ME! I spent the last 4 hours trying to optimize this pickle farm even more! Now go away with you negativity and join us in peacefully chilling! >:)
