Greyhound is and can be sketchy. But it provides necessary transportation to the folks who can't afford to fly or own a vehicle. I took many rides when I was young and some cross country travel once when I was 21. It was a fun adventure.
Hey Guru, I'm taking a trip this Sunday (to Canada) and my last stop will be at a grocery store parking lot. Am I still gonna be able to get my checked baggage or am I going to have to track the bus to the nearest station and grab it later? Thanks, your videos are a huge help to a first time traveler like me.
You will be able to get your bag off at your last stop. Even if it's not a station the driver will unload the checked bags from under the bus of the passengers who have arrived at their final destination.
Hi Timothy Did Yellowstone pick you up from bozeman bus stop? If so, did it seem safe there if you remember? I'll be out there this Sunday And I googled and notice it's by a Wal-Mart. So what do you think?

Thats how I look at all my Greyhound bus trips - as an adventure. That way even when things go wrong I don't take it too seriously.
You were a young man. Imagine a 70-year-old woman on the same "adventure."
Louisville, KY has a nice, clean, big station with good security(and food service), right on a main local public transportation line.
That's good information, I always called them "bus stations" but it's nice to know what the difference really is.
Tim, with respect to the Denver station and the fact that I live in Denver, I completely feel you.
Smallest stop I ever used is the now defunct stop in Truth or Consequences outside the ice store.
The Greyhound gift shops always have cool stuff !
Yeah but it's expensive lol
@@fundyourlifestyle
They are a bit over priced, especially for snacks and beverages !
I worked at Albuquerque NM gift shop 10+ years then coronavirus virus happened. Lordy I have stories!!! Lol. Ever been there?
I love your videos so much!!!!!

Most Times You Can Ask The Driver or Check Schedule # Against Bus #
I worked in a greyhound restruant and gift shop in Albuquerque NM for 10+ years until coronavirus shut it down. Anyone ever pass through there? 🤔
I worked at the one in ca
you should do a video on partner buses
Dallas bus station might as well be a stop . Its horrible. Houston bus station is my favorite, very secure. A lot of security
How so? Is it not open 24 hours? That’s their headquarters
Can I get your advice on booking a greyhoud trip?
My biggest fear would be to have to wait for a bus in Minnesota in the middle of nowhere. 😁
Why? Minnesota isn't that bad a state lol
In the winter!!!
You could easily freeze there in the winter.
That's scary I don't wana wait with kids on road. I love greyhound tho i had wonderful experience

Very informative video Tim, and I do have one question, why do some greyhound stops/stations have a letter "e" next to it in parentheses?
Alex McLeod It means that it is not a full service greyhound station.
Have you ever done a greyhound video during the coronavirus pandemic.
I was in downtown La and this guy said we’re the bottom of the barrel here all of us at this greyhound station we are the bottom of the barrel
I found out Provo was just a stop
I just found out Provo rhymes with provolone which explains a lot
@@eddiew2325 it doesn’t rhyme
Grey hound closed their bus station by where I live and replaced it with a lopsided poster on a metal pole in convenience store parking lot.
Only a desperate person travels by Greyhound.
It's cheaper to fly.
Show me on the doll where Greyhound hurt you.
Beg your pardon
