I have size 10, 8 and 6 pan and is 4 inches hight how many grams of butter and icing sugar will I use

Hi Ebere, you'd need to measure the quantity you use the first time you make it so you have a standard for subsequent baking times. That means, taking a wild guess or working with an estimate initially which would either be more or less.

I haven't done a half sheet before, but for my sheet cakes, I use 500g.
