My family and I have lived here in Lawrenceville for years. In fact I"m walking distance to the downtown Lawrenceville area and the Jordan park seen in this video. It's a nice place to live. Not to mention you are between 2 great shopping areas: Buford, which includes the mall of GA, andretti indoor karting and games, Sprouts Farmers Market, Coolray field baseball with Gwinnett Strippers, Cheesecake Factory and more. On the other side of Lawrenceville is Snellville, it features the Shoppes at Web Gin and much more. The best part about Lawrenceville is the abundant amount of clean Family friendly parks!
I got excited about the neighborhood until you got to the point where you were saying you can get a boring old 30 year old starter home for the mid $300s with zero bells and whistles fixer upper 😅

Lawrenceville like the rest of the Metro Atlanta area has the four seasons. With mild winters majority of the time being in the 40s and 50s eventhough it can get really cold as low as 9 degrees, but it can get into the 20s and 30s between the late night hours and early morning hours but, it's not often in the winter that it gets that cold. Throughout the rest of the year, the spring and fall seasons have average temperatures in the 60s, 70s and 80s and in the summer, it's hot and humid and the temperature reaches well into the 90s and on a few occasions even into the 100s. But overall, the weather isn't too bad.
I live nearby and I walk every day of the winter (a 7 mile loop sometimes) it’s usually very mild. In 12 years there has only been about 3X it was in the teens of lower, so you can walk 3/4 of the time (not including summer) but a swim membership/community is necessary. The summer is hot, but not as bad as many US cities (Memphis, Dallas, Phenix) because we have tons f trees and are a higher elevation. The spring is beautiful and the fall is too short.
Its a shit hole now . 7 \2024 cadet houses painted white ha ha which don't work for cedar !!!! Its like downtown Atlanta Moreland ave . no its not safe

Alpharetta n John’s creeks is like New Jersey 😅
My neighbors fro The Bronx love Lawrenceville
Lawrenceville is somewhere I’m considering to move too but I do not do snow at all.
North Georgia gets cold and possibly can get snow as well.
Snow is rare in the Metro Atlanta area although it happens. So you don't really have to worry about it too much.
Honestly I live in Atlanta, in true Atlanta in the city and in the last 20 years it has only snowed maybe every 2 years and it's very short lived
Hi, am wisdom, and that is my city, Gwinnett county. Nice place and I like too how marietta and Alpharetta is build😎

This video is BS, I’ve been in Lawrenceville 26 years, now that I have retired, can’t wait to get away from the gangs and crime.
