Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbreads.
Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbreads have a wonderfully rich and buttery flavor and are bursting with dried cranberries and chunks of white chocolate. While shortbreads can be made in various shapes and sizes, we will follow tradition here and bake them in a round shape and then cut the round into wedges, called "petticoat tails". The name "petticoat tails" refers to the shape of the shortbread wedges which look like the bell-hoop petticoats worn by court ladies in the 12th century. - Навчання та стиль

Cranberry white chocolate is one of my absolute favorite flavor profiles. But I was thinking dark chocolate orange would be one I'd like to try. Thank you Stephanie, I have always loved your baking demos. I've been a fan for years!

Just love the fact you do not mess with the recipe by putting in cornflour or rice flour. it looks simply delicious and I SHALL be making this for sure. You make it look effortless. Certainly, you will never want to buy and shortbread again!

Hi Stephanie. I make a lot of shortbread, it's quite a favourite in my home country, Scotland. Obviously, going to make a few batches at Christmas and will definitely try this recipe for have never made them with cranberries, nor white chocolate. Friends are coming round for afternoon tea tomorrow, I've already made scones but heh! why not serve up as well your shortbread. Hope you and your family are in good health. Love from France.

What a great recipe! I appreciate your detailed explanations on all your recipes. It always makes me feel like I'm at home learning from a family member. Is electric oven 20degree higher than gas oven?
