    This is a great video on how to do this. Thanks for the detail. I’m a little less nervous now. You make it look a bit easier. Thanks so much!

    Great video and instruction. Did mine in 3 hours, that is with some mistakes and do overs, bleeding the system and cleaning up. This video saved me big bucks, thanks!!!!!!

    Good instruction and details on what to do and what not to do. You can use Kroil or any other type of penetrating oil so you dont break any bolts, screws, nuts. Not sure what he broke. Also a cheap rivet gun can be used to replace rivet to washer fluid reservoir. Other than that, very informative video.

    I really love when he says he tried Blue Devil and it didn't do shit. The same is true for most quick fixes and AI only wish I could make millions selling stuff that's shit. In the past I managed fast food, and when the customer want sausage biscuits we dont give them shit instead.

    This is exactly the same on a 2010 Jeep Commander 3.7.. Just replaced mine.
    Be sure to contact a Jeep dealer or refer to your owners manual to get the proper Antifreeze/coolant.

    quick AC temporary repair that I have done it myself more than once so I pledge for this if your radiator busted and it's leaking a little bit wider to where is not pouring get yourself to extract them in the radiator close it back up make sure you have water and I guarantee you it will seal it up last time I did it was in the car that I didn't care so I'll ask me about 6 months and I sold the car like that never looked again I just did it yesterday on a car that I do care about because it happened in the middle of the road and I had a gas station nearby it's been 2 days and it's not leaking yet enough time so I can buy my radiator

    I broke the head of one of the 2 bottom bolts also. How did you end up getting them out and did you ever replace them or just leave the holes empty

    damn hood wont latch now. You ever have that problem?

    • @repaired2106
      @repaired2106  8 років тому +2

      You should be able to regulate hood latch by pulling it up or down when latch screws are loose If I remember right.

      @garyspragg4612 he just did fine, as long as it's all the same kind of coolant, red, yellow, gold, green etc. Recommended not to mix different t colors. He did the right thing, drained old put in new. And it's all the same kind of coolant.

      @@garyspragg4612 These engines require HOAT type of coolant easiest to find and cheapest is Zerex G-05
