Mike FYI, you do not want to put your oil and your spices above your heat source because it will make them go bad faster.

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. People always come on that his bed is crooked. The bed is not a crackhead the ceiling is.
Things that aren’t perfect are not mistakes, they’re personalisations 😃👍🏼🏡 they add character. Most of my house is a diy by a family that lived here long before I bought it. Everyone who visits for the first time calls my house “quirky” 😂 I thought it was quirky too, but I’m used to it and I love it cos there’s no others like it. I prefer quirky over cookie cutter 😎
It’s the left part of ceiling that is not level. When done, put a decoration up there to break up what you see. It’ll help not look wonky.

Measure down left side of cabinet to the bottom left side of cabinet, ( from top to bottom )and do the same with the right, it may only be a couple of millimetres that may be throwing it off, it may be the cabinet that it slightly askew in its construction and not the setting the levels of the cabinet. I can see what you mean when you say it doesn't look level. Hope it doesn't annoy you too much. Enjoyed your content today.

If you have a marble, place it on the bottom shelf and see if it rolls to the other end, that's how we knew our floors were unlevel.
Hope little Rooster isn't getting sick, or are you trying to feed her yucky food? Cupboard looking great. It should with all the work you're doing.
I wonder if when she was out and a bout.. almost starving to death before she came to your place.. If she was hiding in sheds and refuse piles hiding.. So she may have associated those types of places as safe places?

Question: What is the clearance from bottom of shelf to the top of the induction. You are tall. My new fan is minimum clearance and I’m short 61” and I don’t like the clearance.
Same height as any standard cooktop. 30" my biggest pot fits under with plenty of room
