The best part about watching these types of videos, especially as a lifter of 20+ years, is what type of food we/they get fired up about. To the average person this has to look wild. I see those eggs on a bed of rice with cheese and im FIRED up. I am just thinking about the yolk breaking over the rice and the cheese melted. Great content.

that is so true! i was doing squats the other day and i was struggling with weight that i know for a fact that i could lift just fine. I called myself every name in the book, slapped myself a couple of times, got right mentally and finished my workout. I will be doing my leg workouts in the morning now so i can set myself for a good day mentally. Just a personal thing obviously.
You gotta have that hyperfocus in the set, while also welcoming more and more pain. Goes for every body part but legs definitely most challenging. But every new workout is another opportunity to practice those and get better, and evaluate yourself ! The most important thing is to never think you know everything and get comfortable / complacement. Your brain is primed to trick you into taking the easier path out no matter what so the battle against your own mind is the most important one!
Had my entire colon/large intestineremoved after nearly dying from an autoimmune disease out of the blue. Lifting was my life. I dont think I'll ever be able to eat more than 2k calories a day. Any recommendations other than taking enhancements?

I’m struggling to eat what can you recommend.. I lost 4 stone got fit , healthy and spent a year in gym probably done to much ( 300 days out or 358 when I stopped on Friday ) . Kinda got addicted but I now want more size but struggle To eat more food past 3000 calories clean ( ish ) . Any help Welcome .

I’ve been watching your videos for about a year and a half as I started going to the gym consistently for about 2 years. The white board workouts are great. Love watching those for new perspective on things. I haven’t been able to try your products in the past but the supplement store I use just started carrying your products. Hydraulic 2 is freakin awesome. I haven’t tried 2 scooping it yet but just 1 scoop I get insane pumps with it.
