Thanks for the video Sig! I saw it on the Black Friday sale, but didn't pull the trigger. At the time, I was looking at a lot of sales and ended up going with a Rockwell T2 stainless bundle. I do enjoy it, but I have been looking at more premium titanium razors lately. Although a little late, after watching this video and pondering, I decided to pull the trigger. I went with the standard handle as my hands are small/medium. It's only been a few months since wet shaving and I don't miss the disposable razors at all. It was between the Blackbird, Carbon Cx Ti and the Yates 921 Ti and I hope this will be the right one.

Pretty cool Sig! I've always admired the Blackbird and it's a great modern design. I don't have one yet, but I'm sure I'll get one at some point because it's right up my alley. The Hone is another great modern design and the brush handle is really cool. I could see it in a Beech or Maple with the same internal mechanism also. Something to strike a balance with all of the cold steel of the razor & stand. A nice porcelain shave bowl with clean lines would be pretty cool too. I'm never short of ideas-lol!

I use Kai blades in my Ti BB. I like the lighter weight of the Ti compared to my stainless steel BB. I tried about 15 other razors before settling on the blackbird.

Because exactly so would i describe the Superior cuts only by shaving it feels so comfortable mild. But after you recognise how efficient he was. 🤜💥🤛 Have a great day and weekend. Thank you so much for this fantastic video. I've two questions. What is the size of the washer that you use for the Blackbird? Did you say M5.8? Also, I bought the Blackbird Titanium Long Handle and noticed that it is slightly shorter than the Stainless Steel Long Handle. The entire length of the Titanium Long Handle is 101mm, which includes the 3mm which inserts into the base cap. So in other words, the handle length is 98mm when fitted to the razor head. Whereas the Stainless Steel Long Handle total length is 104mm, and 101mm excluding the end segment which inserts into the base cap. Just wondering if you noticed this also?

It fits all the Blackland, Gillette Ball End and Fat Handle Techs, Yates, Rex Supplies, Rockwell 6S/6C/2C and AC razors with smaller handle (e.g. Vector, Remus, Romulus, Raster, Avenger etc.). Still waiting for my ss blackbird in satin finish, do you think the satin finish made the pointy ends less sharp? You can tell this razor is aggressive by the fact you did not cut yourself, you only cut yourself using mild razors for some strange reason
