- We take our Lance 825 Truck Camper to Fairplay, Colorado for our first high altitude camping trip at nearly 10,000 feet above sea level! At that height there is 33% less oxygen than at sea level! We talk about what effects we felt from the altitude, and suggest some tips to consider when visiting Colorado's high country. We also drive our annual leaf peeping scenic route to see fall colors in mountain towns like Breckenridge, and give one of the area's popular activities - gold panning - a try! See if we struck gold!

Looking forward to your Steamboat Springs video. I lived in SS for 13 years back in to 90’s. Seen all the colors throughout the CO high country and have to agree…the SS area has some of the best fall colors, especially up on Buffalo Pass and back into the Spring Creek areas

Welcome to the Lance 825 family! Love this new channel I found and been following. Question, did you replace the TV mount, mine does not swing out fully to the "dining room" like i think I saw yours? We're on the east coast hoping to make it that way later in the yr. If you replace yours please send a link. I also recommend a wood base in the shower, if you send email address i will send pics/link to where we got ours and some other tips we've learned from fellow lancers. till then, safe travels.
Thanks so much! We did not replace our tv mount, it came with the camper. The only modification we did was raise it up so it clears the foam topper we added on the mattress. We couldn’t find an exact link to ours, but when we googled ‘tv mount for Lance truck camper’ quite a few options came up, especially on Amazon. Just be sure the mount swivels when extended.

Hello! We remove our tail gate to put the camper on.
