I was lucky enough to see these guys perform, and I'm still floored at how it's just so real, not 'pretend' not acting like. Woody is just perfect (better than perfect?). The band is magnificent on any level, any stage. Bravo! My compliments to the rhythm section. I wouldn't want to have to follow an act like this.
I saw Holy Holy in Boston soon after Bowie's death ... iy remains one of the most moving and emotional concerts ever for me. Truth - I spent much f the night in complete tears so that I could hardly see the band. These early songs were so incredibly brilliant and so important to me.
I really love Holy Holy and hearing them perform. It is great that Woody and Tony Visconti are performing the classic Bowie songs again. Great vocalist and great to hear Lisa Ronson joining them too.

😛😛😛😛
All The Madmen is such an amazing, underrated song. In fact, that whole album is.
Loved being at this show. Thanks for posting!
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much for posting. Great visual and audio. :D
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS IT MEANS A LOT!
You forget how heavy the spiders were at first good performance
Great post THANK YOU music is fantastic just wish the vocalist would`nt try his fake cockney accent on some of the songs
Great footage. Too bad about the insufferable crowd.
Really disrespectful and almost idiotic crowd :(
+The Lighthouse Under The Stars Photography Damn Canadiens! :)
Emotions were so raw that night. First gig after David died. We couldn't hear ANYTHING that was being said. The mics or something, were not loud enough. So, that's why so many people were yelling "Louder" "We can't hear you". We wanted to catch EVERY word from Tony and Woody, and beyond. Normally, Canadians are very polite and appreciative - just ask any band/artist who plays here. We gave Holy Holy a tremendous welcome.
the vocalist does not do it for me. They need someone with a stronger voice.... I am here!
+Sean Whittaker I saw them last night and Glenn Gregory was superb. I don't think you can judge his performance on a video you don't like. Maybe if you were 10 feet from the stage, as I was last night, you would have gotten a better perspective on the talent that was onstage.
+DoubleEszpresszo Fair point, I will take your word for it. It was my furst impression but the ambiance and seeing them live is the only way to really get a true feel for how good they are.
Well, to be fair, there were negative comments about this gig regarding the audience, and that could be a factor. There were only about 120 people at the show I saw last Tuesday but it included the ranks of the faithful, and many of them were in tears. Tony came out after the show, let the young chicks take narcissistic selfies with him. But he graciously shook hands with me. I thanked him for bringing joy to so many people and he said "You were really a great audience. I really mean that." That made my year. Please try and catch them if you can!
+DoubleEszpresszo Tonight at The Wiltern dear sir! Will be there!
She's the daughter of Mary Hopkin and Tony Visconti. That's big musical genes, and I think her voice was pretty good, just a little weak on the high notes.
